We stayed here for a week as part of our RSD organised tour to Croatia, Bosnia, and Monte*****. Will leave RSD for a separate review (dreadful!!). This hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately, it is run for the staff and not the guests! I have to start by saying the hotel is very modern and clean. All the rooms our party had were of a very high standard. We stayed at the end of April beginning of May. Not the season!! The hotel was full though. Not enough seating outside or sun loungers. None on the beach at all (not the season). Staff very upset if you moved a chair or table. The food was dreadful. Lots of recycling of food going on. No variety. Very bad. All inclusive drinks were a poor standard. The All inclusive bar is self service and located at the far end of the hotel so you have a bit of a trek. The bars finish at 11 for everyone, you are then expected to go to bed. There is nothing open later and you can not stop up to enjoy yourselves as you are told by the very rude and unhelpful night manager to be quiet. You have to leave a 20 euro deposit for a pool towel. If you want the change this it is a further 2 euro. Not a good experience and so so easy to fix the issues if they wanted to. Thankfully, there is a good little Marina, Portonvi, 10 minutes walk away with great restaurants.
