Nice location not too far from Budva old town and with an excellent spa ..also a ****** on the top floor

酒店還是不錯的，設施很豐富，有私人海灘，可惜冬季有許多活動都沒有開放，spa幾乎沒有包含在房費裏的內容。 早餐食物還可以，但餐廳工作人員態度很不好，還沒吃完就趕人走。 可以幫忙約車。

My husband and I chose this 5 star hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our hotel room was located on the 9th floor, the floor below the ******. As such, throughout the evening we were kept awake by furniture being dragged across the floor above. We asked to move rooms the following day and were told due to them being fully booked this would not be possible. After 2 nights of little sleep we were moved rooms for our final night. No apology and no upgrade. Not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. In short, ask not to be on the 9th floor if you chose to stay here.

This is an excellent hotel from the moment you book in.. .friendly helpful staff ,always smiling and ready . The restaurants had very good selection of food ...only problem is for vegetarians but the staff went out of their way to assist my wife with selections and ideas.....all the waiting staff were also keen to help...... The rooms are airy and bright and the cleaning staff are always there and do an excellent job... The private beach is just a few steps from the hotel and has good facilities.... We will definitely go back....

The best thing about this place is the view it offers, is is located off the coast and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. I was also thoroughly impressed by the exceptional services provided. The spa facilities were great, offering different options for relaxing and melting away your stress. The food was very good too although on the high side in terms of price. This is a choice place to reside whenever in the Budva area. Just a point to note - no irons offered nor allowed in the rooms so make sure you plan for laundry services.

Incredible stay, beautiful place and lovely staff. Would 100% recommend and would love to return one day. Not too far from the old town, right on the beach for lovely evening and day walks. Pool area was clean and well kept. Spa could do with a little TLC but I would still go back. Lovely stay.

Beautiful place, very friendly, amazing food, great service. Visit many entertainment and historical places, Sveti Stefan, Old City, walk along the water, boardwalk, yacht area, enjoy a drink by the lights at night, seafood …simply a must

As a 5 star hotel I can say that the rooms and amenities are nice. We stayed in the suite room facing the sea and our friends stayed in a standard room facing the mountains. ROOMS FACING THE SEA IS MUCH BETTER. Amenities like tha spa and sauna, indoor pool and outside pool are okay. The biggeat downfall of the hotel is its staff. I have never seen a hotel wherein the staff look miserable, unfriendly and basically don’t have manners. I will give examples: 1. We went to the beach because it was sunny and the beach was tempting, we went to the beach benches, first thing the staff on duty did? closed the umbrella and rudely told us that it is for hotel guests only. My friend told them we got two rooms in the hotel but they were really unfriendly. When they realized that me and my wife were staying in the suite room there was a sudden change in the atmosphere. they started smilling. Basic rule of any hotel, be friendly and be warm with anyone regardless if you are guests or not. 2. We had the buffet dinner, the front desk told us it would be €35 each, we said no problem. Then again she asked in a rude tone it would be €35 per person, again we said no problem. If we could afford the suite room clearly we could afford the food. Food was okay, same with the breakfast buffet. But what irked us the most is while we were still eating, the waiter wanted us to pay straight away. Come on, basic manners, when a person is still eating try not to disturb them. It is very rude and removes all the graces from eating a meal. I told the waiter if it could wait because we were still eating and it is a basic etiquette. But nope, wants us to pay while we were munching our food. I don’t recommend eating in the hotel, there is a restaurant right in front of the hotel just across the street. Food is way better, cheaper and the staff have manners. All in all we enjoyed our Montenegro trip. But if we would have a choice to come back specifically to this hotel. we wont. I expect more from a 5 star hotel. the Infrastructure is okay but again the staff is the downfall. I recommend training your staff with basic hospitality. It feels great for customers to feel the warmth of the staff. I could only count with my one hand the number of staff who actually make us feel at ease and at home. As an avid traveller this is one of the worse Staff experience me and my friends have encountered which in a way affected the way we see Montenegro.
