It was very conveniently located, within walking distance of Midvalley Mall and Boulevard Mall.
Gym was well equipped with the basic requirement needed for a simple workout.
Good variety at the breakfast buffet with both western and asian offerings.
I appreciate the commitment to sustainability with refillable glass bottles and amenities (e.g conditioner and body lotion) provided for if requested.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, wonderful atmosphere, super great staff. Very friendly and reallyhelpful receptionist. Counter staff zafri really kind and willing to attend any requests. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Buffet breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location:
Easily walk to the lobby connected with the mid valley mall. Walking distance to convenient store 7-11, famous restaurant. Near to many shop and restaurant and you can easily take grab/KTM to everywhere.
Amenities:
You have everything beyond you need during the stay except there’s no providing mineral water. But there are bath towel, hair dryer, body& hair shampoo, tissue paper etc.
Counter:
Counter is very responsive and responsible. Staff are very helpful and detail during check in and check out, housekeeper immediately come upon request.
Recommend:
Highly recommend and will definitely come back again when i go to Mid Valley!

Location wise it is recommendable. Link to Midvalley Mega Mall.
Many food restaurants. However, The shower water was not cleaned. Yellowed water. The room was dusty and and the room is not well sound proof. Can hear the noise outside such as the cars.

The parking was chaotic! Please prepare to make many rounds before you get a lots if you arrive after 11am! The housekeeping was bad coz my request for additional toiletries only delivered after several calls. And when it does, I was given all the wrong items! Please upgrade the blankets as it feels like a piece of cloth and the AC was so cold! And the room smells like there’s a choking sewage

Good location. Simple room with basic amenities. Room clealiness should be improved further. Rubbish bin are not cleaned daily. Hairs found on bath towel. This hotel does not live up to a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast spread is ok however top ups are slow and breakfast spread are practically empty at 9.30am.

I was greeted by cheerful and friendly Nasuha. She brighten my day with her smile and she even offer me an upgrade. I was grateful. Beside Nasuha, the security, in-house dining and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. However just a note that I think can be improve is housekeeping end, first day they forget to put a new bathroom mat after removing the wet one, forget to clear the ice bucket. The second day they forget the room service items to clear on the table. The rest of the room was done nicely. Also no hot water boiler in the room. Will visit again

My go-to hotel whenever I m back to KL. Check in was smooth and gotten a room upgrade. Front of house staff are always polite and greet with a smile. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one ☺️
