Hotel location is located within the city center.. The room is spacious, but there is some dust found on the bed pillow.... Breakfast food is good, but with very limited choice....
Hopefully the hotel management will take care on the cleanliness of the room...

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre."

Overall the hotel is clean and situated along the main road with lots of hipster’s cafe.
There’s a nite market and art street within walking distance in front of the hotel ..
The only thing is that our room is right below the roof top restaurant and it’s quite disturbing with the sound of people arranging the table.

Hotel Sentral location is really strategic, it is at the heart of Kuantan City. Near all the attractions, nice coffee shops and food stalls. It is all walking distance.
The hotel staff was very friendly and kind to assist you.
The room was quite spacious and had all the amenities.
The only downside for me was the blanket had some stains on it and was a bit dusty at some parts of the room.
Breakfast was great and had plenty of choices.
Overall it is a great stay for me and my family and we will come back again for our next kuantan trip.

The hotel is located at the strategic location.Neat to Tower 188, Kula Cakes the famous cake shop..the room is spacious. It has a rooftop cafe. Served scrumptious food. The room rate is also affordable..The staffs are friendly and helpful.

-tiada air mineral botol dalam bilik ( nak air kena ambil di mesin air dekat lift)
- tiada iron dalam bilik
