very convenient near imago shopping mall free parking but the laundry not really clean some clothes not dry enough

New experience to stay in such hotel, superb service, excellent care of the guests, beautiful deco and set up.
Highly recommend for any potential guests to sabah.
The standard review only provide 5 stars rating, personally I give ritz residence, miminum 8 stars ratings.
Things to improve :
The lifts, for those driving, need to make it more inconvenience.
