Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites

This hotel is listed as a 4/5 star hotel. I would rate this as a 2 star at most. The staff that are there try their best to manage but they are grossly undermanned. This clearly impacts on the customers stay.The whole hotel is in need of a drastic overhaul. We stayed there on the ultra all inclusive package and I have to say that it was anything but that. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty, stained and ill fitted. There was a flood on the landing of the fifth floor that we reported to the hotel. They told us that this was known to them and was an ongoing problem due to the laundry that was on the fifth floor. However it took them five days to sort this problem out. We tried three of the Ala carte restaurants that are in fact linked together. Even being on the Ultra all inclusive package there were certain items that had an additional cost. There were only four choices on the menus but there was at least one of each choice not available. Therefore with you having to pay extra for some of the food choices reduced the menu further. The food in the buffet was good with a good variety each night. However the tables and chairs were tatty and need to be replaced. The main bar was good but they did from time to time run out of the quality drinks that were supposed to be supplied and even on a number of evenings ran out of tonic water. The staff in here did try to assist but it seemed that this was out of their hands. There was meant to be a red roof bar with views however this was closed whilst we were there, and the staff told us that this had not been open all year. But is still in the advert. The pool bar supplied the drinks in one time plastic cups which were not what you would expect of a 4/5 star holiday, they are also not good for the environment. They also ran out of the quality drinks. The pools were good but the chairs were dirty, broken and dangerous. There were plenty of parasols but 90% of them were ripe and torn. We went down to the beach once and that was enough. The decking and fencing leading to the beach was broken and dangerous. The loungers and parasol were all in a bad state of repair and in need of replacing. The pool bar only had soft drinks and no snacks that were advertised. The beach shower was disgusting and need to be replaced. The whole pool area was scruffy and untidy littered with cigarette butts. Compared to other beach areas along the same stretch. It was very pool or Awful! Overall this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in - the biggest issues for us was the quality of fittings, distinct lack of staff and limited drinks on offer without having to pay extra. Yes we did try to complain but with TUI you have to put it in writing and await a response - we did but they only came back saying we will respond within 24 hours but they didn’t and still haven’t - so TUI added to the poor standard and ruined holiday further Their rep on sight is merely there to promote excursions and will not /cannot deal with complaint

The hotel has just opened for the season and has lots of positives. The staff are very focused and well trained and are all very willing to give clients a positive experience. The facilities in the hotel are very nice with plenty of loungers by the pool and all very clean etc.The one thing that needs improvement is that the food is not as hot as it should be. Food is put into Bain Marie’s which fail to keep it hot. The plates in the heated cabinets were not hot so this doesn’t help. The salads and desserts were very professionally displayed. The hotel needs to grasp this issue asap otherwise a host of negative reviews will arrive .

We stayed five days The room was spacious clean with an excellent view on the sea The personnel was very kind and friendly and responded immediately to Our needs The restaurant was also excellent clean with tasty Greek food We will definitely visit it again on our next vacation in kos

Visited Panorama in June as a group of four mid-twenty-year-olds looking for a peaceful holiday with lots of swimming and reading. The hotel is by no means 5 star, but don't let that put you off! We had literally no problems while staying here. Food was fab at the buffet, always loads of stuff to choose from and all tasted fresh. It was mainly Greek food and overheard people complaining about the lack of chips lol but we wanted more authentic food anyways. The on-site themed restaurants were not great NGL would swerve those. Loads of cheap lovely tavernas on the walk into Kos town. The entertainment was awkward to say the least but we weren't that bothered as we could pull up a table and have a few drinks and chat. The drinks aren't great but we weren't big drinkers so didn't affect us much. I'd say stick to mixed drinks or prosecco probably - the wine is vile. The staff just left us to it which I liked, we had no issues so barely spoke to them tbh. Girls on the bar are painfully slow and kind of rude but it ended up being quite funny to us lol. The walk into the town took about 40 mins and was so lovely to do in the sun. The bus is a bit of a nightmare as it never shows up but the walk is fine and they have scooters to rent outside as well which we made use of. if you are looking for a cheap holiday with loads to do nearby, a gorgeous beach just down the hill, and perfect weather, this is perfect.

Positives: good swimming pools, views from terrace, short bus ride into Kos town Negatives: plentiful but tasteless buffet food, large but tired bedroom and bar, gym closed midday-4 PM, pools not open until 10 AM, hard to book the a la carte restaurants even though they were never full and a suspicion that at least some of the food was from the buffet upstairs, vast expanses of marble and concrete but very little character

Nice hotel, the facilities are nice and clean, restaurant offers different kinds of food every day and the location is good. However it is not a 5 star hotel, the services and rooms are just not at the 5* standards, 4* would be fair as there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The older rooms are quite old and few things don’t work as they should anymore AC in our room was barely working and we didn’t get much sleep because of it and the bathroom smelled like sewage sometimes.

Excellent. So much space, plenty of loungers and seating, the pool is plenty big enough and staff are very helpful and willing. The food is plentiful and available throughout the day. The AI drinks are branded and great quality. It’s a continental 5 star, not a 5 star as we’d know it in the UK though reflected by the price. The room is large and has everything you’d need. The shower was powerful with consistent hot water. I didn’t see anything broken, in disrepair or dated. We weren’t expecting entertainment and didn’t need it. We didn’t have kids either - they might be a little bored perhaps. Staff were very good, happy and knowledgeable. We went on a whim for just a few days and would happily come back. Very good hotel and holiday . The only downside as we saw it was the walk to Kos wasn’t very scenic but a taxi was €10 or €2 on the bus.

This is an amazing hotel filled with great staff and lots of space! I really can't say anything bad about this hotel. The food was fantastic and varied. The staff was so sweet and took good care of us. I can 100% recommend. Best experience ever!

Wow on arrival but sadly not on departure. This hotel is definitely not 5* more 3* Food average, drinks good, when you can get served! Only one bar open at any time with constant queues! No rooftop terrace bar, CLOSED. 2 days into our stay & a group of 40+ mid to late 20 year olds arrived & took over!!! Very noisy, rude to staff & basically annoyed the rest of the residents with their obnoxious behaviour! Why this hotel allowed this to happen beggers belief!! Plenty of sunbeds by pool area but found these uncomfortable. Beach is a little untidy, sunbeds available f.o.c. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms spacious. Would we return to this hotel...NO.
