Anastasia Hotel & Apartments

It was a perfectly clean room, and very nice people work there! Also, it was great as a location. Definitely recommend it, we know where we will stay our next time in Kos :)

Hotel didn't have all necessary kitchen amenities.

one week cheap deal, didn’t no what to expect! But lovely, hotel had been renovated & changed from 3 star to 4 star hence 7 euro per night tourist tax! Ten minutes walk to harbour & bars & restaurants, but hard work walking down streets very overgrown & piles of rubbish everywhere until you got to harbour, seemed quite a poor island in many ways? Beach nice! Pool area all clean & nice fantastic sunbeds lovely bar area & bar man lovely person friendly & chatty. Food great, best fruit salad I e ever had!!! Rooms very modern new appliances all black theme new kitchen nice seating area, bed comfy loveky pillow’s. Bathroom walk-in shower , shower dodgy but usable. Extra bits, washing up liquid in kitchen, shower gel in bathroom . Had a balcony long & narrow but could sit out for morning coffee. Not much negativity about hotel just the clientele the keys for doors didn’t help very noisy to open rooms it echoed round landing so annoying, but clientele so loud early morning & late evening, bellowing voices banging tv on loud so Inconciderate, it’s a holiday so up later didn’t need waking up at 7.30 by fellow holiday makers off out, And same in evening we were not in bed early but tried to keep noise to a minimum but others so ignorant in early hours!!! Shouting on landing didn’t complain but was on verge of opening door to shout back at them! Luckily holiday not ruined by these people.

Fabulous stay here. Immaculately clean & not just the rooms but everywhere from pool area & bar, reception, walkways & corridors. Our room was large with a really BIG comfortable bed, sofa, TV, double induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & a lovely glass surround balcony accessed by patio doors. There were 2 sets of curtains, a fine net & a heavy black-out to keep the room cool and dark. The A/C was superb at keeping the room cool too. The bathroom had a rain shower and a normal movable head too, toilet, wash basin and large mirror. The lighting for the apparent was superb some with USB so touch could charge your devices. Everything was modern and immaculately presented and cleaned daily. The receptionist was amazing so friendly and there was night security that was equally friendly helpful and welcoming. We really can't rate this place high enough. A real gem quiet and peaceful too just a short walk into town or the beach passing many bars and restaurants on the way... We could not have asked or wanted for more.

Absolutely beautiful apartments very clean and modern. Nice comfy sunbeds round pool and close enough for a nice stroll to kos centre. Will definitely be back here one day nothing not to like about them. Only improvement would be some entertainment on a night but not a problem you just go out for it 😊

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Anastasia apartments and we had a fantastic time. We stayed in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which was massive. Beds are super king size and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from the start. We didn’t have a kettle or a washing up bowl but I asked t reception and they were brought straight to the room. Nothing was ever a problem you just had to ask and they bent over backwards to help. You have to have a good sense of humor as Elias will take the Mickey and play practical jokes on you. We had such a good laugh with him on a night and chose to stay in the apartments instead of going out because of this reason. Tougud served us breakfast on a morning and drinks up till 3pm and he was such a lovely person and nothing was a problem to him. Yuli was the receptionist on the afternoon and night and she bent over backwards to help with any problems we had. There is a short cut to the main ***** of shops and the harbour so ask any of the staff and they will tell you were to go. It is only a 10 minute walk to shops, harbour and beach. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice. The area isn’t very good for people with mobility issues as the pavements are very uneven and narrow so we walked on the roads a lot of the time. Be prepared for busy traffic and pedal bikes as they have the right of way even if you cross on a zebra crossing. We will definitely be returning to these apartments and can’t wait to book for next year. Make sure you book the 3 island tour and sunset boat trips they were well worth the money, we had a great time. Book direct at the harbour as it’s cheaper than going to the shops to book.

I came here with my parents on 23rd sept to 3rd October. I can’t begin to say how lovely the hotel is. I’ve never had self catering on holiday before and I’m very used to all inclusive, however, this place was well worth it, the food at the pool bar was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly, couldn’t of wished for nicer people on your holidays. The whole hotel has been refurbished and looks lovely and modern. The rooms were big and had everything you need in them for your stay. The cleaners came in every day to change our towels and a general clean, which again I didn’t expect due to it being self catering apartments! The pool area is lovely, it can be shady for the most part of the day but there is plenty on sun-loungers to relax on. The pool was well kept and clean and refreshingly cold. Food at the pool bar was amazing like I mentioned above and very reasonable priced! Me and my dad went to the steak house that is joined onto the hotel, which was absolutely amazing. You get to go in to the butchers part and choose your own cut of beef and they cooked it to perfection! The bill was very cheap considering the level of service and quality of the food. We had 2 sirloins (which were massive) chips, pitta, Tzatziki and garlic mushrooms with 2 drinks for 43 euros! And a free shot of ouzo! Kos itself is such a beautiful island and is absolutely stunning, the people are all really friendly and genuinely so nice! I would recommend the three island cruise 🚢 and for food, the steakhouse attached, Jackson’s and Baltic bar (tbh everyone on the front are lovely) YAMAS🥰

We had a slight glitch when we arrived but all ended ok. Got to the hotel at 1am to be told there wasn't a room for us and another couple. We were taken to a different hotel for the night,an all inclusive place. This wasn't really a good start, just wanted or beds at that time of night after traveling all day. But we went had a bit of a sleepless night wondering what time we would get to the Anastasia. Had free breakfast and were told or room was ready at 8.30am. So they sent us a taxi to take us back. It was a bit of a pain but didn't really miss out any holiday time. The hotel is a lovely place, very well refurbished. Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge. The bed in the main bedroom was bigger than a king sized bed! Very comfortable too. It was very clean, the bathroom was very modern. The kitchen had full sized induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. There were plenty of crockery items, glasses, cutlery etc. Sofa in there too which I think was a sofa bed. Table and chairs. Nice furniture on the balcony too. The pool/bar area looks amazing, very comfortable sunbeds. My only complaint is the sunbeds aren't in the sun all day. There's only about 6 beds that get all day sunshine and they are next to the busy road. So it was a little noisy if you managed to get those beds. There's not a lot they can do about that it's just the way the building is. If you are a beach goer then this wouldn't be a problem. The food at the pool bar is really nice too. Everyone in the hotel and bar are really lovely and friendly. The area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, there's a lot of residential properties and it looks a little run down. But not to the point that you felt unsafe at all. It's easy to walk to the beach, approx (400m /10 mins walk), harbour(1km/20 mins walk) and old town(1.2km/30 mins walk). The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was the shady pool area. That was a bit disappointing.

As many have said, the place has had a total refurbishment as the photos I saw when booking early 2023 look nothing like it was when we went in September. We had a self-catered 1 bed apartment, but it also came with a sofa bed so could sleep up to 3. The kitchen had a microwave/grill, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, pot, pan and colander. The only issue we had was the utensils - we got cutlery and a knife, so not much for cooking with. We had brought our own stuff though so didn't ask for any, so not faulting the hotel as I don't know what would have been supplied if we asked. Otherwise the rooms came with everything we needed and there was even a little clothes drying rack on one balcony. The towels were changed daily as well. The staff were lovely, most nights we had a brief hangout at the bar by the pool and Ilyas was great and chatted with everyone. The bar is managed by the local restaurant which had great foodand the prices were very reasonable. As some said, it is on a busy road so you can hear cars if in those flats - we could in our block (A), but given the location was less than 10 mins walk to the town centre I can't fault that and honestly it didn't stop me from sleeping or cause any issues for us. Overall a lovely hotel and great place to stay, definitely will book here when next in Kos Town! *Apologies on the pics, we forgot and took them as we were packing to leave, not when we just got in*
