Fabulous holiday so far my friend and I are still here.. what wonderful staff.. always smiling and friendly, great cocktails and fun evening entertainment .. a great mix of nationality’s holidaying here.. food is great and our whole experience is very chilled.. you can do as much or as little as you like here.. we are in the pretty 600s rooms overlooking a quiet pool .. bliss, lots of treats have been left for us in the room, stocked mini bar refilled every two days.. bravo Mitsis!

We just returned from the Mitsis Ramira hotel after a couple of days spending there with my friends.We really loved being there, the hotel was perfectly clean and the people working there always with a smile on their faces.We loved tasty food and the big swimming pool.We met the very nice housekeeper manager Linda and all the other staff were very friendly, too. We highly recommend that hotel to all, the family with children, too as they got a huge play area and a swimming pool with a big and a small slide.

Visited for a 4 night stay with my son. Had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not do enough for you. We are already planning our return later in the year. Food was brilliant and the cocktails were plentiful and delicious!

From the moment we arrived on 15th April and were checked in by the lovely Aphroditi we have felt as though we are amongst friends .The lovely Linda who is housekeeping Manager is simply the best we have ever had the pleasure to deal with . Nothing is a problem to the staff here ,from a fabulous swan display in our room by Linda and her assistant to a fantastic meal in the A La Carte restaurant arranged by Aphroditi, complete with Birthday cake AND the girls serenading my wife with Happy Birthday in English and Greek.Such a lovely gesture ❤️. I am not sure how to upload the video of that.... Hotel is immaculate, rooms are lovely ,maids are lovely and there is a warm hello wherever you go . All of the staff here are an asset to Mitsis and we love them all xxx.

Beautiful resort and such lovely customer service would definitely recommend and the restaurant is fab love the little touches such as drinks in mini bar and green drinks left in room also free hotel great little shop on site too room is beautiful

Wonderful customer service throughout the entire stay with very attentive staff - great facilities and very super clean, amazing place to rest and unwind! - lovely food choice and plenty of drink choice to suit anyone’s liking! Super friendly and super fun!

We have just arrived here 2 day ago, four friends, and it is amazing. We got the flower and a glass of shampan each at the arriving. All service is excellent, especially Miltiadis, Pavlos /the third *** we dont remember the name at the moment/ are very nice, happy to help and we really feel like someone very special. The rooms are very clean, the food is delivious, the swimming pools are big and they have even a private beach a couple od minutes walking distance. We highly recomend that hotelandwe definitelly come back here in a couple of months. X

After having been to Ramira about 30 times we know the hotel very well by now. We have experienced many changes. Always good changes. The only thing what we think is pitty that music stops at 22.30 on the terraces.

This hotel is a 3* at best. This holiday was our first one with our baby; and it really disappointed. 1. The swimming pools are NOT heated and far too cold for babies. I was devastated by this and should be stated on the website! Reception not helpful when I asked if there were any heated pools near by. 2. The beach is just pebbles and again, not safe for babies. Certainly not how the pictures look. 3. We had to ask for the cot mattresses to be changed on the second night as one looked to be covered in blood and the other absolutely filthy. Mortified, that my child slept on those mattresses for one night. 4. We were put in a room which overlooked the pool. Initially seemed nice, but then entertainment was played 9-10.30 very loud, not ideal with a baby. In addition, you could hear all the noise from the kitchen. Avoid rooms that start with a 6 5. My husband tripped on a metal roller in the doorway to the main bar and ended up having to go to hospital to have his toe nail removed. The staff commented ‘everyone trips there’. If that’s the case; notices should be put there to make people aware. 6. The shutter in our bathroom was broken and wouldn’t shut. So the maintenance guy just came and hammered it shut and left the bath covered in wood chippings. I would say though that the housekeeping are absolutely fantastic, especially Rosa who went above and beyond. The a la Carte was also very nice, so do try and book in there if there’s availability.
