We had the Perfect Holiday at the Portobello royal 1st week in May . Over the Winter the hotel had been beautifully painted and all the tiles and paths had been deep cleaned and everywhere looked AMAZING. An awful lot of hard work had been done and it really showed .Our suite was as Perfect as always with views to die for . Our room was cleaned by Tanya ,same as last year she always makes the room sparkle and with a smile and always makes sure we never want for anything . The food was Fantastic as usual and I'm still trying to shed the extra kilos gained . We loved the Italian and The Burger Project with our lovely friend Panos great food and great service. Lunch time in The Greek restaurant down by the beach with our great friend Anna not to be missed . Breakfast with my bacon and eggs made by Terry followed with pancakes and choc sauce made by Claudi .Buffet food great on an evening g lots of choice and the lovely Maria . Entertainment very good and great drinks served by Vasilis . Missed Monika but The new Manager Christos is very friendly and always there to assist . All the staff are BRILLIANT . Hope to return next year

Peter was great massage was fantastic was a made you feel very comfortable and relaxed during this, haven’t had a massage in ages so really enjoyed all. It was after a wedding so was a perfect timing and place for a massage and perfect customer service

Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the spa experiencing excellent trea**ents from both Effie and Sophia. Great range of trea**ents available. Both Effie and Sophia provided a very professional and friendly service and I would highly recommend
