Hotel was clean, staff was nice at check in and the rooms were well kept. Great location for dining, bars, etc. in the area.

The decision to delete BACON from the weekend breakfast menu will keep me from ever using this hotel again. Save a couple of dollars and lose guests for ever.

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast. Valet parking was very slow, but appeared to be under staffed.
Great for families, but is pricy. Great location.

Beautiful hotel!! Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This will be my new go to place when staying in Knoxville. Guest check in was a breeze with the most delightful young man.
