We were driving in from New Mexico to Knoxville staying in the baymont. Our stay was for 4 days and at check in we were asked if we wanted to have cleaning crew, come in the following day and I opted no, but I told them definitely Sunday and Monday and on Sunday no one showed up. So I had to call 3 separate times to complain. And they finally showed up, and the cleaning crew seemed to Be irritated by my request. Our entire 4 days stay, they did not change our sheets once. The only good thing was the concierge in the morning gave us a discount on the overall bill for our dissatisfaction.

The hotel showed some wear and tear but it was clean and the service was great. We had several restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel had a broken dresser where sharp shards of wood were sticking out easily cutting someone. The shower leaked and was dripping when we walked into the room. Overall not a place we would recommend

This is our home away from home when travelling. It is always clean and safe. It has been our experience that good people work here and stay here. Very professional and a quiet night's rest.

I have never stayed at Baymont before and the cleanliness of this place means I will be staying here a lot more . Everyone was so professional and friendly!

Everything is good. Bed sheets and pillows were nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet and well rested.
The only thing that was noticed was the kitchen lady gave a small portion of eggs which was my only order and bagel. Nothing else.
