The property was very clean.
The check in is a pain. They do everything to avoid personal service at check in. Want you to do this painful ordeal or registering an account with them online, uploading identification and photo. Result is check in takes about 3 times as long as other places.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences in Orlando. During our 9-night stay, there was no hot water for the first 3 days. Despite reporting the issue through chat, they couldn’t provide a timeline for resolution. On the second day, they suggested cold showers in rainy 10-degree Celsius weather. Additionally, there were no bedsheet changes or housekeeping visits throughout the stay, diminishing the usual hotel comfort. Overall, the experience was quite uncomfortable.

Pros: Pool area really nice. Close to Disney, retail, and restaurants. Shuttle to Disney (though when it comes in morning May be too late to get there in busy days). Cute decor and comfy beds. Nice staff. Laundry area and free parking.
Cons: Poor lighting in room (no overhead can lights - ok if not spending much time in room). Bathroom could have been cleaner (hair from prior guest in shower). Other guests coming back from activities 8-10 pm can be noisy (maybe put some signs up to remind them to be respectful).

Pretty good for the price. Very clean and conveniently located, you can even walk to several restaurants from the hotel. The bathroom could be updated, but overall it was great and pretty clean.

What a nice place to stay. We were able to get laundry done and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but had a weird hump in the middle. We stayed 3 nights. It had online check in and check out. Parking was in a gated area which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are exactly as pictured. It is clean and parking was accessible. Lots of great restaurant options and stores nearby. Would stay again. Only complaint is the shuttle to/ from the theme parks is not reliable as they come and leave whenever they want despite the scheduled pickup/ drop off time.

This hotel was really nice. Super easy to check in O didn’t have to deal with any one everything was through the app. The hotel was nice and clean and the room was a nice size for my entire family. I would recomend it.

This was our first time at this property, it was very clean and quiet, everything is around this property. Not far from Disney and not really too far from universal. Only thing that was a little different was not really having staff at the front ready to assist you, you have to contact customer service and they will get someone in contact with you. Checkin and check out were easy because you get issued codes for your room and gated parking (which was a big plus!). Overall, we definitely will be staying here in the future at the right price, like it was this time around.
