Room was nice and clean, but my door wouldn't lock. I requested to have it fixed but it wasn't.

Was disappointed that this location did not have the breakfast that most are known for. Everything else was pretty good. Good water pressure in the shower.

We had a good trip overnight at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable,and overall served its purpose.

Very disappointed for my one night stay. The room was cold so we turned on the heater. The heater made such a loud noise that not even my noisecancelling earphones could help. I asked if we could get a different room, but because there were no housekeepers due to New Years Day, which I understand, they only had one room cleaned up and weren’t able to accomodate our complaint. We asked for blankets at least because we felt like we’d get sick, but what we got was a mattress cover. Again, no blankets due to no housekeepers. Had to keep the heater on, or else we would’ve freezed to death. Couldnt sleep because of the loud heater noise.

Upon arrival there was an issue with our reservation - but the manager took care of us. Use of washer/dryer was free; (had to buy soap n their little convenience store but we didn’t care) very clean; nice employees. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very good. Great room and amenities for the price we paid. Just two issues....one the phone in our room didn't work and we couldn't get in touch with the front desk. Second, nowhere in the booking of the room do they tell you they do not have parking on site and that you'll have to go to a garage to park ($22).

This is a nice place to stay. They have all the facilities nearby. Kitchen and room are big and clean. I really enjoy the stay.

You have a protozoan infestation. This made my experience horrifying. There is slightly yellow mite-like or maggot looking specimens all over your property including: outside entry sidewalk, interior vestibule entry walls, elevator doors and interior walls, both luggage carts (carpet). By far the worst was the carpet on the floors I visited. I changed rooms from 618 to 718. The infestation is in almost all parts of the rooms not as bad in bedding. I have taken pictures of my experience. Please refund my hotel expense.
