I did not get to stay. My reservation was cancelled because I did not call 72 hrs before arrival

These people cancelled my reservation and rebooked me for another property in a ghetto area without my consent, claiming it was an upgrade while I was on route to Jamaica. Then had the nerve to tell me if I wasn't pleased to just cancel. I arrived in Jamaica having nowhere to stay and now I'm having to fight with them to get my refund. Last time ******* told me the property manager is denying having done business with me. Be careful, don't trust them.
