"The check-in staff were excellent. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs had been precooked and were rubbery. The swimming pool is teeny and it appeared that guests from nearby hotels also had access to it. In addition, a young lady was giving swimming lessons to two young people during our swim time, making the pool even smaller and more crowded. The room was good and location easy to access from the 401."

"We stayed at the Kingston Marriott Hotel over the Easter long weekend and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff who made check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming. The location was excellent — convenient for exploring Kingston’s downtown area, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the atmosphere still felt relaxed and organized. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made for a restful stay. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the professionalism of the hotel team throughout our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would happily return again when visiting Kingston."

"The hotel is about 5 kilometers away from the city, suitable for self-driving tours. The environment is very quiet, the beds and pillows are very soft, and it feels very good to sleep. The sanitary conditions are also good, and it is worth recommending. The breakfast is simple, with milk, bread, eggs, coffee, juice, and fruit, simple and hygienic. The price is affordable and it is very convenient if you drive."

"What a beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel! Thank you to Benita for making the reservation happen at the last minute. Her professionalism and warmth didn’t go unnoticed :) Thank you, too, to Alec who helped check us out the next day. Friendly, helpful staff. Karina was skillfully working the reception at The Belvedere and The Smith when we returned quite late. Well-done! The room was impeccable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was welcome since it was so hot. Breakfast wasn’t included - might have been a nice touch - but the dining room looked elegant and if we had had more time we would have enjoyed the patio too. It’s under a ten-minute walk to downtown and easy to access from the highway. A parking pass was given to us and we parked one block away - easy and convenient :) Overall a beautifully-succeeded renovation and we will definitely be back!"
