Horrible. Most of the patrons during our stay were worker men or hunters. As a woman traveling alone with a young child stopping in for a night it was loud all night and did not feel safe, men walking/running up and down the walkway late into the night. Power tools and banging sounds right outside our door late at night. The walls are paper thin. Room was 1 star at best. Will not be returning. Have had better in King City.

The room was nicer than expected. It was also quiet, a surprise given the number of solo working men in residence. Not sure what happened to the free WiFi and breakfast that were advertised. And some strange woman stood outside my room and yelled “Tamales, tamales, tamales” for ten minutes at about 8:30 p.m. Other than that, the place was comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Rooms are not clean! Floors, fridge, walls-gross! Towels are scratchy and old. No breakfast. Oh and on Friday morning the trash guy comes at 4:40am! 🤣 pretty much wakes the whole place up! Go to Quality Inn up the street!

Curtains are broken and won't close, toilet did not flush (so gross), drawers are broken and missing, iron was missing, refrigerator was nasty dirty, not a single trash can in the room! Took pictures of all of this. Keep driving for another $20 and get something clean and intact.

Really surprised that this was a Best Western Motel Filthy Rooms Totally gross Dirty Sheets and filthy room with make up stains on counter when checking in noticeable smell Will not be back. Do not stay here

Didn't like anything except desk staff courteous and friendly. The room reeked of disinfectant and walking barefoot in room our feet became dirty. Too much light shines into room at night. The outside areas had trash on sidewalk and messy. Web site included breakfast and NO breakfast is being served. I was shocked this is a Best Western property as I mostly stay at BW and generally think they are good.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Downside is that the pool was closed (due to COVID?) but masking was not required... The continental breakfast that was advertised was not provided due to COVID but there were coffee pots in the rooms. Overall, it was good but I picked this hotel to stay in because they had a pool and they offered a continental breakfast so I was a little disappointed that this was not mentioned when I booked the hotel over the phone directly with them.

Make a list of any damages or broken amenities at check in. I failed to do so because this seems to be the norm for the property, both exterior and interior. Once I checked out, I was notified that I would be charged for a tv that was broken prior to my arrival. I am a low-drag traveler that spends 125+ nights a year in hotels and didn’t want to make a stink about the condition of the room I checked into. Buying this hotel a new TV due to my failure to report the issue will serve as a lesson learned. As a Diamond Member, I will avoid staying with all Best Western properties in the future and am happy to travel farther down the road to spend my money with a different family of hotels. It is unfortunate that a franchisee can give the whole resort chain a bad reputation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
