Very bad smell n sealan in the room. Toilet are very bad condition

Lotus feigned ignorance about the reservation even after showing the front desk the record of the reservation.

I happen to travel and stay in this hotel twice. The recent being on 15th Jan,2023. I would rate this hotel as below average. There is no safety here. The main door has very ordinary lock. It can be used from outside and inside to open the door. It is not safe for anybody. It has no privacy. The furniture ands other things are very old. The food provided by them is very ordinary and tasteless. On the top of that they charge too much . Please avoid staying here.
