The Farmhouse is set in around 8 acres of Suffolk countryside near Saxmundham. Located on the main A12 between Kelsale and Yoxford, it has easy access to everything that the Suffolk Heritage Coast has to offer. Each en suite room has a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms also include a refrigerator, ceiling fans and attractive views across the farmland or paddocks. Guests an enjoy a breakfast served directly to the room. Just 5 minutes from the market town of Saxmundham, The Farmhouse is also just 15 minutes from the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere. Lovely 5 nights here recently,perfect hosts in Robbie and Michelle,who had everything organised to a fine art .There was everything you could need in our immaculate room. Breakfasts were great ,plenty of options and excellent quality and always served with a smile from our hosts. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Suffolk coast,and other local places of interests. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well organised. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious- beautifully cooked. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well organised. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious- beautifully cooked. Michelle and Rob are lovely - very welcoming. We found it easy to visit places of interest from here as it’s on the A12. Highly recommended.

Returned here finally for a 2 night stay to attend a wedding locally. Michelle and Robbie are such great hosts and have made such needed changes to keep everyone safe following Covid, we were really impressed. The additional touch of a slice of cake on our arrival was a lovely and unexpected treat. We always have a comfortable stay here and fantastic breakfast cooked by Robbie. Will always return when back over to see family in the UK from our Barcelona home. Thanks always to you both😁

The true test of a place to stay is whether or not you want to go back and The Farmhouse is definitely a place to return to. Great value and accommodation, with excellent hospitality. Our first trip away after two years' lockdown, and very enjoyable it was too!
