This hotel has a remarkable location and the entrance has a cute backdrop for selfies. The views from the room are great. Staff is courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Bad with parking being downtown, so be aware of this if driving there. You might end up during a conference and not have any parking available.

They put me on a floor with a broken icemaker that never got fixed over the holiday weekend. It's the middle of the Summer, and they didn't even leave a couple of bottles of water in the room to help start me off. Odd. Minus those two things, the hotel is very nice and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Nice views and great staff.

We stayed here for a quarter final FIFA game, staff were absoultely helpful. Close to many great restaurants, walking distants, 4 to 8 moniutes.

The room was clean, and bed (and pillows) were very comfortable. Elevator system very efficient and quick, even though hotel was very busy. Centrally located. Staff were helpful when asked. Onsite underground parking very convenient and reasonably priced (especially self-park) for downtown. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.
