Upon booking we enquired as to the availability of fan's and AC as it's incredibly hot with 90 percent humidity this time of the year. We booked as were assured that even with the many power cuts Sri Lanka experiences daily, they had a generator. The entire week stay we were told each day it would be repaired , it wasn't. We were left for several hours each day without electricity. We asked to speak to the owner he works in a different country, so spoke with the lovely young lady who manages this property. We asked for compensation and eventually we were offered 10 dollars the say before we booked out.... So if you want to be boiled alive please book and enjoy that experience.. The plus points are the hotel is beautiful and clean the staff are wonderful, just let down by their boss who has absolutely no grasp on reality.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Anlage, liegt direkt am Meer, eine riesige Poollandschaft und grosse Zimmer, die alle Meerblick haben. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker und auch wer es nicht gern scharf mag, wird nicht enttäuscht. Sehr viel Obst und leckere Salate. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Management ist professionell.
