Decent room, ice cold AC, breakfast wasn’t even worth eating, NO HOT WATER!!
I’ve stayed in many hotels. I travel a lot for business so I understand that for $135 not to expect an executive chef to cook me breakfast. But I DO expect 2 things. A comfortable and quiet place to sleep and a HOT SHOWER! When I told the lady upon checkout that the room (315) had no hot water and I took a cold shower, she said “want your receipt?” And handed me the receipt. Not even an apology.
I’m booking hotels in this area every 3 months and I’ll never stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights and did not get clean towels (or enough for our party of 4). Why would you only put 3 towels in a room when the reservation is for 4? We did not get the trash picked up either, even though we left a note for housekeeping. The room is spacious enough for us. We really liked the location, easy to get in and out of. Looking forward to returning to this same place. Thanks.

The carpet in elevator was frightening- every carpet square was stains & funky smelling. The rooms carpet had stains too. We were in accessibile room and the shower splashed way outside the curtain & wet most of the bathroom floor. Small pillows on a King sized bed and they didn't have extra pillows.The bathroom fans didn't work but there was excellent cool a/c.

Initially we were sent to a room that had not been serviced. We went back to the front desk and they assigned another room that was fine. The first morning the free breakfast was very limited: no fresh fruit or orange juice. The second morning there was even less: no eggs or sausages. They had already run out at 9:15 am when breakfast was until 10 am. However, the staff were friendly.

safe and clean and priced right. The shower is hard to figure out. You have to pull down the ring under faucet for shower mode. very weird! whoever purchased these faucets should be fired. You will realize this when u see it.

The check in with the clerk was great. She was very nice and met all our expectations. The room on the other hand smelled bad and was freezing. It smelled like body odor and smoke. We didn’t stay the night we left early and stayed elsewhere.
