Arina Beach Resort

Hotel and rooms were excellent. Meal in the restaurant and drinks in bar were great and delicious. Personal was attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent!

Good price versus quality

Abgesehen von der unfreundlichen Rezeption waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Essen, Strand, Pool, Zimmer, alles super. Ebenso freundliche Barkeeper, ob morgens (Marina, Stavros) oder abends, sowie das ganze Animationsteam (Paula, Sebastian…). Ihr wart großartig, vielen Dank.

The staff here have and always are the most friendly, wonderful and welcoming people you'll ever meet and it goes beyond just basic hospitality for business. They make a point of remembering you and all the stories you've shared with them, they're always happy to take pictures with you and for you whilst serving the legions of customers waiting for all inclusive alcohol! Mitchel is another addition to the team this year and he is a fantastic character. Always smiling, full of energy even after entertaining everyone's kids in 30 degrees weather. A wonderful member of the staff Would also like to again mention the team at both the main bars Mateo, Albi, Adonis, Giannis, Stelios, again to name a few. All remembered me and my wife from our honeymoon and took care of us like family The manager and his team are all incredible. If you haven't visited, I highly recommend you do

It was realy good time to be in this hotel. Good rooms. Good service. Staff was very friendly. All team of animators was realy good . Mitchel was the best. Every day i was supported and got a lot of love ❤️❤️❤️ i Strongly recomend this hotel for family.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

Just returned from two glorious weeks in Crete at the Arina Beach resort. The hotel itself consists of bungalows, maisonettes type family bungalows, main building and the annex block which we stayed in, don’t panic, the annex block as its own large pool and bar and consists of around 32 rooms which is just across the road. The cleaners do a wonderful job and Irener was always smiling, around the pool you are looked after very well by Konstantina,always happy to serve you, have a chat and if asked provide local information. Hotel is very clean and well maintened , there are three restaurants all of which are very good and the food in the main restaurant is very varied, being a fussy eater I had no trouble at all. You must try the Asian with Ainoha and Kaycee, really look after you and the food is good. All the staff are happy and all them say Kalemera to you as they past by. The hotel is a true four star , however, and these are not critical remarks but meant to be constructive to enhance the experience it would be good to have some soft drinks supplied in the fridge in the room, a welcome drink upon arrival. The General manager can be seen walking around the hotel and grounds but misses a chance to obtain informal feedback from guests as he doesn't appear to initiate conversations with guests but is approachable. The main bar , exclusive bar , has a very good atmosphere, helped by Albi and Manos who are the bartenders. No problems finding a sunbed, even at 10am as there are plenty all around the hotel grounds, with most of the parents with children being around the water park. In closing , wonderful two weeks and I will be definitely being returning to enjoy the facilities, the food and the hotel itself.

Best hotel we have stayed in in 20 years. Staff and Food amazing. Housekeeping excellent. Fun for all the family. Food is varied and fresh. Rooms are immaculate. Our 4 year old had a great time - beach and sea are amazing as is the water park. Mini disco and animation excellent as is adult entertainment - we enjoyed the saxophonist. The Asian fusion is amazing - food unreal. George the manager is everywhere making sure everyone and everything is top standards our son called him the boss man which George loved. All the staff were lovely and really made our holiday. We would recommend this hotel to everyone 5 stars and I’m particular in what I give 5 stars too it’s hard to list everything but enjoy this gem in Crete ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇬🇷
