Excellent property. Staffs are very much cordial and supportive. The restaurant BIZZA, ambience is really nice. The food also very delicious and reasonably priced. Special mention to Naseer and other staffs at restaurant who helped in making customized food also.

The Staff are very polite and their services are very good!! Food is too good @ Restaurant and also at Buffet!! Clean , neat and Tidy Hotel with all the warm Blankets and clean Pillow ! All Hot water services are available 24/7. Location of the Hotel is also good and having scenic views of 2 lakes

The survice of the hotel sultan residency is fabulous. The taste of the food and quality was perfect. I mean to say according to us the adding of spices was perfect. The environment of the hotel is pretty good as much as we have expected. If you would ask me about the hotel's room , it was little compact . But still I would appreciate the ***ner of functioning of appliances. The survice of the hotel staff - Nasir , if l have to give the rating l would like to give him 5 Star rating . I would share my views to others.

Excellent service, humble workers, perfect stay, very economical with 4 star experience.. there's a restaurant upstairs with pleasant vibe. Ask for the room in 2nd floor, it's little more spacious and at the same price almost as the others

One of worst check out experience. This hotel outside of the main city. The photos being a lakeside hotel is misleading. The ***agement is the WORST. We got stuck near Patnitop landslide onwards to Srinagar, so we were not able to checkin and had to stay whole night in the middle of the road. We informed them that we’ll be checkin 1 day late due to landslide which they are aware of. At that time the ***ager was very cooperative, but while check out he charged for 4 nights citing room cost losses, its your fault to arrive one day late and all. My suggestion dont pre book at this hotel, as they won’t help you out in any case of natural calamity related issue like road block due to landslide or snow. There will be room always available as this outside of the city. Staffs are nice, especially Naseer & Mubbasir.

A very pleasant stay.. Rooms were good and clean. Paneer butter masala was good in taste. Naseer is very helpful at reception.

Excellent rooms , clean rooms and cleanliness maintained . Good food quality and supporting staff ,specially to mention mubbashir for prompt service and captain nasir , shiraj , recommend stay when you are in Srinagar.

Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service at The Sultan Residency. Our stay at The Sultan Residency was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. A special mention to ***agement and overall staff members for their exceptional service throughout our stay.
