Club & Hotel Letoonia

Wonderful location & great staff nothing too much trouble our 3rd visit & we will be back! Staff to mention main bar Rumeysa Olcer what great service lovely young lady .. we are delighted with all aspects of the hotel clean & friendly … the gardens so beautiful … thank you Letoonia

On arrival the staff were waiting to take our bags to our room, as we checked in at reception. We were given a map of the complex which surprised us how large it was. Our room was in Block D, as we had requested sea view, for our group. The rooms were with balcony looking out at the sea high up at the back of the resort. Quite a lot of steps to access the bungalow rooms, but there are 3 lifts to take you to the higher levels. The main hotel building is all on the flat, with lifts, so might be more suitable for less mobile people. Room - had 2 single beds pushed together, very comfortable, you could request a variety of pillow types from reception. Plenty of wardrobe space, and fully working air con and safety deposit box, along with fluffy bathrobes and slippers. Power shower was very good, toiletries were provided. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Food - main restaurant had a large selection and variety on both breakfast and evening meals. Staff were plenty and very helpful. Every day different theme of food. Eg Turkish, Mexican, fish night etc We chose to pay additional 20 euros pp for the Chinese specialist evening in another area overlooking the bay. This was basic and not worth the money in our opinion. However, we also did the fish night which was served on the dolphin beach which was very good and we would recommend. During the day we ate at the dolphin beach cafe, cactus bar, and the cafes in the main square, which also did coffee and cakes in the afternoon for everyone. The only disappointment during our stay, was that it was the start of the season, the moonlight restaurant and sunset bar was not open due to not full occupancy at the the time, but we were assured that by the end of May, everything would be open. The hotel also provided a land train to make it easier to get to areas in the resort. The cocktail bar in the evening, is a lovely way to spend the evening looking out to sea. Main square provides music and dancing each day, and the auditorium each evening provides shows from 9pm. On our stay, we opted for a day out on the letoonia boat, we spoke to guest relations, who advised us it was £80 pp for the use of the boat. With a maximum of 10 people. In our opinion, it made our holiday. Was fantastic trip, left at 10am and back by 530pm. They provide food and drink all day and stop off at 3 locations for us to swim / snorkel in beautiful clear waters. A traditional wooden gulet with only a few people on board, made it feel very special. Beaches & pools - there are 3 main pools all with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas also. The 3 beaches were a mix of sand and shingle. In our opinion the best beach was the beach by cactus as this was pure sand and shallow. Resort staff very helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Being all inclusive, was lovely to order what you wanted and get it brought to you. Premium drinks you would need to pay extra for. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will probably

Bar Team is very good in this year.the Bars are very good thanks To the bar Manager Ertan Isik and his team,Cocktails are great this Season,the staff is happier and more skilled. The barmen Salih was amazing and has smiling face…he made my day even better. Thank you letoonia,Definitely coming next year

Unfortunately all check-ins are performed strictly after 14:00. I arrived at 3:00 after night flight and was forced to wait in lobby for more than 10 hours before check-in. Never seen such intolerable rules before. Spoiled whole day of vacation being tired as hell. Very disappointed.

Two lovely weeks family holiday. Brilliant destination for families, lots to keep families entertained in the daytime , kids clubs, water sports , great clean beaches and pool areas. In the evenings we enjoyed a few drinks at Agora bar , Sevval celik was for the 2nd year our server and she was fantastic 😀 well done to all staff and Turgay Ertan . Thank you !

Absolutely loved this Hotel. The food, layout, beaches, views but above all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. There were several staff who were exceptional and who I really must mention - Sevval in Agora Bar, a young Lady in her second season, Gokhan Amal at the Lykia and then Aziz Aris at The Dolphin Beach (and other areas in evenings) - an absolute credit to this Hotel and company brand. The basic bungalow rooms are great - maybe “rustic“best describes - but they have everything and more that you would need. We have holidayed around the world for 42 years as a couple/family and have stayed at far higher graded/renowned Hotels and resorts but I can say hand on heart this was our best Holiday by far so much so I no longer need to search for a special place for our 40th Wedding Anniversary next year - we both agree it will be back to the Letoonia to celebrate.

I have to start the review with a massive thankyou to Aziz at the dolphin beach / restaurant this gentleman made our entire holiday! He’s an absolute credit to the hotel, every day my little boy Lucas - or boss as he called him (aged 4) looked forward to his morning high five and cuddle, he would constantly come over giving us cold drinks making sure our previous ones were not hot and knew our order without us even having to ask or even order! We were actually sad when leaving having to say goodbye. Such a lovely kind man. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough, the resort is huge. Staff at the kids club are amazing with the kids! All staff we spoke to were always so kind and couldn’t do more to help you. Gorgeous private beaches. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning. Plenty of choice at dinner time for adults with lovely fresh salads, cheese & meats ect although dinner time started to get a bit busier nearing the end of our stay and we weee having to wait about 10 minutes in a queue! We ate mostly at the dolphin beach restaurant at lunch times for snacks due to them having chicken nuggets & chips for the kids. Lunch at the dolphin beach is so delicious!! The only thing I would mention was in the main buffet restaurant at evening dinner there wasn’t a lot of choice for fussy toddlers no nuggets ect which was a shame, but not too much of an issue as he had them at lunch but just something to note.
