สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องค่อนข้างเก่าจริง ๆ ไดร์เป่าผมและห้องน้ําใช้ไม่ได้ เต้ารับเสีย แต่ใช้ในห้อง โฆษณาบอกว่ามีห้องซักรีดและเครื่องอบผ้า แต่จริงๆ แล้วไม่มี ฉันไม่รู้ว่ามีปัญหากับการแปลของ Ctrip หรือเปล่า ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก เงียบสงบ ใกล้ทะเลสาบ Kandy สะดวกมาก บริการก็เข้าที่ด้วย เป็นเครือโรงแรม มีเด็กผู้ชายที่แผนกต้อนรับที่สามารถพูดภาษาจีนได้ดีมาก ความเป็นมืออาชีพไม่ต้องสงสัย มีฝูงลิงอยู่ชั้นล่างในโรงแรม น่ารักสุดๆ แต่พวกเขาเล่นบนหลังคาเท่านั้น ไม่รบกวนแขก

The hotel is beautifully situated on the hillside of Kandy with a marvellous view. Our room was very large, very clean and with the perfect view of Kandy, The staff are very friendly. Kogul in particular helped us with all our questions and organised the transport and an unforgettable Kandy day tour for us. He is a born host. The breakfast is highly recommended and we also had an excellent dinner. The best Hotel we had on our Sri Lanka round trip, Many Thanks to the staff of ”The Summit” to make our stay in Kandy so special.

A home from home, wonderful staff, the care and attention, delicious and beautifully presented food, catering to dietary requirements, cleanliness, views, comfort - I read all this in reviews and those words are all so true. I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of my first visit to Sri Lanka. Travelling on my own, I had wondered if I was doing the right thing - the answer is yes! I received a wonderful introduction to this country. All staff so kind and welcoming, providing a lovely stay I’ll treasure and an extra thank you to butler Tharaka, and then on the excursion to naturalist Hastha and driver Puvi for letting me see and learn more of the area.
