Good staff and service. Overall a relaxed 2 days. Spacious rooms and accommodated 3 adults and a kid. Location is prime and can walk around as well if you want to explore the surroundings. We were a large family group and had no issues and they also have a shop attached with decent pricing.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the hotel and except for the room, nothing was good about the property. The service was too slow, both for housekeeping and dining. The food was bad - always cold, even at the starting times and with hardly any variety. There were insects and mosquitoes loitering on the food items (had shown it to the manager too), the chefs at the live counter did not even have a cheese omelette. I am not sure how it has been categorised as a 4-star property.

Centrally located in Kandy on main road, spacious rooms with all basic amenities , Room had good views of Kandy landscape Very helpful staff . Decent resturant with buffet options including outside open air seat Decent swimming pool Overall a good place

Overall the hotel is good. One major drawback was the dj during dinner. Simply way to loud. The music choice was ok (always debatable). Note that he plays only some days, not all days. You might be able to avoid him. Also the speaker system in restaurant and halways sounds bad. Should be switched off and repaired or replaced. Apart from this, our stay was good!

Best place have ever been in the kandy to spend the leisure, food varieties should be improve and room service is the best ac facilities and room facilities acceptable.highly recommend that place for the visitors

The room smelt musty, as if it had not been opened for months. Wall - to- wall carpet in a hot country will be dusty, if not cleaned daily. The bathroom always smelt of methane and sulphur; I don't know why. It was a difficult stay. The food was average.

Staff were friendly and Helpful although the food and drinks were not up to its standards and our expectations. Certainly not worth the price you pay for the food. We ordered a whiskey based cocktail but we were served with just a lime juice without any alcohol in it. The staff compensated us with a late checkout to make upto us and we were satisfied. The room was pretty nice and spacious. Reasonable prices. Overall experience and the service was good but we really didn’t enjoy the food and the drinks.

From the arrival to depature service was excellent .We experienced the real hospitality from the whole team members.Should mention about Mr.Amila the General Manager of the hotel who lead his team for the entire satisfaction of the guests.Room was so spacious and clean.Wash room was full with all aminities and clean and tidy..Food was tasty.Our entire expirience was excellent.Thank you for the entire team.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed in Kandy. Specially have to mention the service of the receptionist called Sanduni. she welcomes as with a smile and did a smooth check in and the bell boys also did a great job while we are entering to the hotel one bell boy was in the main entrance and welcome us by saying our traditional "Ayubowan" which we are not seen in other hotels that we visited. Food was lovely but need more attention about the soup. dessert is lovely and tasty. while we are having dinner the hotel Front office manager (forgotten his name) he spoke to us and asked about our stay and had a chat with us which showing the greatest hospitality of the hotel. The chef also spoke to us when we are having our breakfast. Regarding rooms the room which we got is 303 its a huge room with stunning view of the mountain called hanthana, room is very cleaned. we will come to see you guys again. thank you for your great hospitality,
