I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot.

I was happy especially the service when I made reservation for Italian Ala Carte. Deria was the best person I could imagine to handle my reservation for my group. Many thanks to her. The service at bars was also excellent. Rooms were quite small but good enough.

Great and wonderful place for holiday. Thank you for pool bar especially Esra. She prepared gorgeous and tasty cocktails. Thanks to all team. And kitchen every dishes is tasty and they have enough different taste. This is the place that you can make your vacation out of room

Buffet impressive, lots of choice, always kept fresh. Compliments to the chefs, kitchen do a great job, I didn’t see one dirty plate/ cutlery/ glass . All clean- pool, rooms.Servers clean tables immediately, any food that is on floor is immediately cleaned up . Waiters on roller blades added fun . Liked areas for adults only . Bell boy very efficient, greeted with a smile, our room safe didn’t work , within seconds an engineer arrived . Hotel runs a tight ship , the staff couldn’t be any more helpful .Hotel needs a bit of a refurbishment, but good value for money , so this can be overlooked.

Great hotel, accomodating staff that is willing to help and assist with whatever you need. Good drinks, plenty of choices regarding food especially in consideration with allergies. Internet could be better, Wifi has been falling out. Would recommend. Great golf courses close by. Love the adult section of the restaurant.

We stayed in Kaya in June for an early summer holiday with kids. The room was great and always super clean. Food in restaurants was super tasty and huge variety. The best bartender we've had on our holidays was Aqua Cengiz at the kids' pool bar. Exceptionally good service always with huge smile. Super careful and looked after his guests 110% all the time

Unfortunately this hotel is a good example of what you get is what you pay for. Firstly the waiting staff, housekeeping staff and bar staff were excellent however, the reception staff were abysmal, no sense of welcoming and a lot of hands in the air when they couldn't answer a question. Serkan was very helpful when we couldn't get any wifi and arranged a room move with an upgrade? The WiFi in the new room was as bad as before and stank of new paint (we had to wait for the painter to finish) the upgrade was 2robes, 2 dental kits slippers and a razor so not really a room upgrade. Food was average so I would not consider visiting this hotel again, my advice is go next door to the Palazzo which is very good. Golf was very good as were the staff at the golf club. Kaya Belek is in need of an upgrade and goes to the bottom of the list of the nine hotels we visited in Belek previously
