Love the complimentary free coffee, beds are very comfortable but amenities need updating (no usb charger on nightstand)

Beds very uncomfortable, Pillows were hard. Room was clean enough I guess. Service was good. It at least replace the beds and pillows. Maybe clean the mirrors which isn’t a huge deal but kinds Gross!

It was convenient as there was lots of restaurant in the area. Room was clean. Staff was really nice and easy to deal with. Rooms were just a bit run down.

Beware travelers! My booking was prepaid weeks before through ******* and yet they charged me a $250 "damage deposit" when i arrived. When i checked out they said it was a pre-authorization and my card wasnt charged. NOT TRUE! I was charged and i still havent received my credit! They won't return my calls when they say they will and when i call back they leave me on hold forever and then just hang up! Totally incompetent staff! Never again!

The adjoining rooms on either side of 103 had quite a bit of noise and loud talking. Will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Simcoe.

THIS BUSINESS HAD THE MOST ACCOMIDATING STAFF OF ANY HOTEL I HAVE BEEN IN QUITE AWHILE

Good experience, rooms were clean. Bit of mold in the bathroom im presuming because the bathroom fan wasnt working. Front desk was helpful. Free muffins, yogurt, granola bars and apples in the morning.

In town for my nephews wedding. Pleased with the proximity to the wedding venue. Have a great time most likely will be back in the area.
