Mughashe , Bhagwan are wonderful guys . They treat us so well .. they are smart , fun and so profesional . Also thank You to Chef Deepak chef chitresh did our food and it was everyday wonderful . We will certainly Comeback to this wonderful place in India and this hotel

Good Mid Range Property to stay in Jaiselmer Right in middle of the city, Location is Excellent Great Thanks to Mr. Parvez for making our dining experience wonderful. Thanks to Mr. Abhishek Sinha for making our overall stay comfortable . As being the Taj Property needs improvement as the facilities & maintenance were not upto the Taj Standards.

A great welcome at the newly refurbished hotel. The room was light, very comfortable with everything you’d expect. Safe, tv, tea/coffee, bottle water. The staff were excellent. The breakfasts and dinners were great with a good choice, the chef even came over asked if there was anything we would like for the following day which was very kind. The pool area was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

It was amazing family and friends tour experience. Our traditional way of welcome, welcome drink, food and all facilities in the room and property are amazing. all time smile on face of your team is excellent. They are fully knowledgeable and cooperative.

Had a wonderful and memorable stay in Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer. Right from the airport pick up till my drop in Jodhpur was memorable. The hotel had given me the same driver for all my three days in Jaisalmer and he was very helpful and gave good guidance. Abhishek the duty ***ager was concerned throughout the stay right before my arrival and made sure I was comfortable. Also the front desk ***ager was very helpful for sorting some issues and it was done without any hassle. The Bazaar Restaurant has a very warm and welcoming staff. The F&B ***ager Uday and his staff members Ganesh, Vishal, Pawan were always there to make me feel at home. Ankit made sure I got my Tody when I was unwell. Chef Ritesh made delicious Jaisalmeri Paratha for me. I found the best Tiramisu at Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer which made me forget all the Tiramisus I tasted till date. It was just perfect and I hope you keep up to your taste even in future. For all this I would like to thank General ***ager Mr. Tejas for being the best guide to his staff and making sure the guests are comfortable in the hotel. Thank you to the entire team

What a wonderful experience we had. Stayed here with our two kids. The entire team lead by ***si was so amazing and courteous. Checking in on us every now and then, she made sure we were comfortable. This was Taj Hospitality at its best. The food was impeccable and delicious, room service was quick and prompt. One small note to the ***agement - please do provide some activities for Kids - board games, play area, cycles etc... No complaints otherwise. We had a fabulous stay. Special thanks once again to ***si.

I had the best experience with Taj, one of my easiest projects as i am a wedding planner the whole team was so cooperative with everything especially ***si, Abhishek and the whole front office team. Thanks a ton Taj for making my life so easy during those 3 days of the wedding i wish to work with you all again.

This is known as the philosophy of Athithi Devo Bhava and gorbandh palace has exemplified it by providing an extraordinary and delightful experience the staff was not only well trained but also incredibly supportive adding to the overall charm of the visit. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and the remarkable assistance provided with a special acknowledgement to Mr Pratap and Mr. Abhishek pandey and bhagavan ji . On arrival to the hotel we were greeted with drums and a trumpet. What a wonderful welcome !!. Whilst we signed in at reception we were bought complimentary drinks and hot towels for our hands and face . Our room was extremely clean . The queen size bed and the crisp cotton sheets made for a very good nights sleep. Yesterday afternoon was spent by the swimming pool with the sound of Indian ambient music playing from the speaker system. The pool is superb and it all felt very dreamy and wonderful. All the staff are very polite and willing to help in any way they can to make the stay as perfect as possible . In particular a very outstanding member of staff was Abhishek Pandey . Always happy to help and very chatty too. He made us feel very welcome 🙏
