"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)"

"ตั้งอยู่ในเขตที่ 13 ไม่ค่อยมีผู้คนมากนัก ค่อนข้างเงียบสงบ พนักงานเป็นมิตร นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องชงกาแฟในห้อง มีร้านอาหารจีนดีๆ หลายร้านอยู่ใกล้ๆ และมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Carrefour ใกล้กับโรงแรม เดินจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าประมาณ 5 นาที ข้อเสียคือไกลจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักนิดหน่อย ต้องเปลี่ยนไปขึ้นรถไฟฟ้าซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 20-30 นาที ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก และปลั๊กไฟที่หัวเตียงอยู่ใต้โต๊ะข้างเตียง ต้องดึงโต๊ะข้างเตียงออกเพื่อชาร์จไฟ ซึ่งไม่สะดวกนัก อาจมีโรงเรียนหรือสนามเด็กเล่นอยู่ใกล้ๆ และบางครั้งอาจมีเด็กๆ ส่งเสียงดังในตอนบ่าย อย่างไรก็ตาม ในห้องน้ำมีเครื่องอบผ้าซึ่งมีประโยชน์มาก"

"My Wife has stayed here twice previously and had a great experience and was therefore very excited to show me this hotel for our last night in Paris.  It was therefore a huge disappointment that it never worked out that way. The Male front desk staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We had booked a “classic” room which is the same category as My Wife had booked and received on her second trip - the room however was certainly not the same standard. When we enquired why this was at check out, a different male staff member said that my Wife had been upgraded (which she had not been on the second trip, only the first). The problem was the dismissive attitude of the staff member to our enquiry.  My Wife was left frustrated that the staff member would not listen to her enquiry and just kept yelling that she had previously been upgraded, despite her explaining that she had been on the first trip, but not the second.  Anyway, a very unpleasant, thankfully short stay at a property where the male staff members could do with some customer service training."

"Posizione centralissima, molto comoda anche a livello di metro se si vuole raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Il quartiere è vicino Place des Vosges. L’hotel in se è carino e pulito. Per una notte per noi andava bene però siamo stati in hotel migliori."
