Amazing service from reception. Great for families, couples, or solo travers trying to chill. Food is inclusive served 3 times a day with generous time frames (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner). That cold blast of AC is refreshing after hitting the beach and pool. Only negative is that the Rooms are not luxurious compared to US resorts but you should’t be in your room for too long when visiting Costa Rica from the USA

Very good location in the ocean, friendly staff, but everything else was average at best. Property is outdated and a bit rundown.

The services the associates give is excellent. Asides, they maintain all areas clean always and that's a lot! I have visited this place for 2 years and it's great!

I paid for 2 rooms this 1/19/2024 thru 1/22/2024 my room was 206 and had no issues as it was good,however i also paid for a room for my daughter which her room was115 and the room had no tv or working electrical outlets.We asked if someone was coming to fix it but it never happened.

The total is all inclusive Food was good looks to choose from drinks all you can drink pools are nice and clean really close to the beach ( love the sunsets at the beach ) really friendly staff
The only problem my washroom smell bad more in the morning talk to the front desk but nothing was done that was the only negative part of the hotel
