服務態度好，但房間設備差，下水道問題，門鎖問題，連續換三個房間免強住了夜，不推薦

I have stated in convenience motels before but this by far is the most dirty I have ever been in. The sink was dirty, toilet seat was dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be wipe...I would give it a 2 out of 10. I was very disappointed. It looks very clean on picture but the room we stayed in was not anything I'm used to. And the only reason we had not left, it was because it was only for one night.

Second time in SureStay Hotel while visiting family and it was good for spending the night and taking some breakfast. The orange juice is delicious. The room always clean and comfortable. This time the shower wasn't so good, but in general it was pleasant experience.

This property is really bad, ******* shouldn’t promote them! It’s dirty, full of mold, smelled bad and there were holes on the walls. The room they gave us was horrible we switched to another and it was worse so we had to cancel our reservation and left to find another place to stay of how bad this place is!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at SureStay!!!

Charged for smoking in a room when in fact no one smoked in the room, there is no literal proof of smoking. We don’t even smoke at all. That’s the only major issue, other than that, everything was great.

The staff is friendly, the checkin was fast and easy. Good parking and the room was very clean, good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

First room tv didn’t work, and no light in bathroom, second room had roaches. Nice !

There was a strong smell in the room. Moldy and old urine smell.
There was a large red stain on the floor (blood?). We were scheduled to stay there for a week, but after one night and a half can of Fabreeze, we checked out. The room seemed to be in poor condition over all.
