ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี และฮาร์ดแวร์ก็ดีในหมู่โรงแรมในอิสตันบูล แต่ระดับการบริการเทียบไม่ได้กับโรงแรมในประเทศจริงๆ ฉันพักแค่คืนเดียวและมีประสบการณ์กับพนักงานต้อนรับ 4 คน มีผู้หญิงเพียงคนเดียวที่บริการอย่างมืออาชีพ ส่วนอีก 3 คนมีทัศนคติที่ธรรมดามากต่อแขกที่มาพักในโรงแรม พนักงานต้อนรับชายหนุ่มสองคนมีทัศนคติที่แย่มาก ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและไม่สุภาพด้วยซ้ำ

The hotel is situated in a great location, not far from the Taksim Square. That is very convenient to take the underground from there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the surfaces like window sills, tea station and night tables in the room were dusty when we arrived. On the whole, I think Radisson Harbiye is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

an amazing hotel very luxurious they have very good staff mr.Ramazan gentleman at the reception is very good hotel clean and large rooms everything is new there is a very good breakfast the location of the hotel is perfect close to taksim and metro station and lots of restaurants around You can reach Cevahir Mall in 10 minutes by metro. that is the place to live an amazing hotel
