Sun Comfort Hotel

В отеле все чисто, но уж очень маленькие комнаты. Хороший завтрак. Соотношение цена-качество оптимальное.

I stayed at the sun comfort hotel with my husband and 4 sons. I contacted the hotel directly to book and was a good rate. They booked me a connecting room but the room was a through room and there was no door between 2 rooms and there was only one shower room. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to Kenyi Kepez metro and same distance to Biyzanet which is where Grand Baazar is. Bim/Migros and Sok – local supermarkets are 2 mins walk where you can pick up any items. 20-25 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia/Blue mosque. From there you can go to Eyptian spice baazar via tram or 10 minutes walk. Also can take a public ferry to see the Asian side. Rooms are dated and needs some tender loving care. But for the price you pay it is not that bad as rooms are a good size and basic Turkish breakfast is included. We paid £75 per night for 6 of us. I was happy at this hotel and the service was good if there was an issue they would come immediately to sort out. The A/C is centrally controlled so they put it on high so eventually you switch off from room but that didn’t bother us. Room was cleaned daily and sheets changed every 2/3 days. Plenty of food places to eat walking distance. Thank you Sun Comfort Hotel for your help and lovely holiday.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The rooms are clean, and the price is good - but that is all. The area that the hotel is in, is not good - i didnt feel safe in the evenings. The manager in the reception is not service minded at all and rude. They claimed that I had written/made my own hotelvoucher since mine stated that I had booked twinbed. I would recommend to pay a little bit extra and stay at another hotell. Stay away

the staff is friendly they talk English and Arabic but they don't clean the room even if we ask, we reserve a deluxe room it was moisture and too small, the breakfast was not bad but there's no diversity always was same, the hotel was not so far from Beyazit station but you need to climb not to walk for 7 mins or you need to take Yeni Kapi station with 15 mns walk

Клоповник. Сбежали из этого отеля, покусали клопы. Было предложено переехать в другую комнату, но желания быть снова покусанными не было, и переселились в другой отель. Персонал сделал вид, что впервые об этом слышит, хотя куча отзывов об этом… фото прилагаю. По поводу уборки - За 2 дня в номер не пришли и не убрали даже мусор, постельное белье не первой свежести.

Самый лучший душевный сервис. Комнаты чистые аккуратные. Достопримечательности все рядом можно обходить пешком. Стоит отель прям на базаре Лалели оптовый базар но можно и в розницу найти. Убирают каждый день номера. Завтраки очень вкусные. Уютно , чувствуешь себя как дома. Работники очень милые особенно сотрудник Жан очень воспитанный искренний рад помочь 24/7 настоящий лучший сервис. Процветания отелю. Обязательно вернемся!!!

Хороший отель отвечающий всем необходимым требованиям для полноценного отдыха. Отлично обученный персонал. Отдельное спасибо, сотруднику ресепшена Кайсу за обслуживание и отзывчивость. В отеле домашняя, уютная атмосфера.

Были в данном отеле в марте и в мае 2023 г, всё очень понравилось, спасибо большое всем сотрудникам: ресепшен во всём помогали сразу, очень внимательные и чуткие люди,сотруднице столовой и ее помощнику , вовремя накрывали и убирали, вкусное питание, чисто везде , в номерах ежедневная уборка и пополонение мыла, шампуня, чая, сахара,тапочки ежедневно менялись, полы мылись и прочее, уборку оценю на 5, спасибо хозяину отеля за организацию работы и отличных сотрудников. Рекомендую для бюджетного отдыха, если вернусь, то сюда.
