Very bad experience. Very dirty. Rude staff . Will never book this hotel .4 star hotel cannot clean little makeup on a towel and let people pay towels and sheets price. Staff on counter have bad attitude and not respectful especially Karam..

Family run establishment with friendly and helpful staff. However rooms are very dirty. Pillows had rips and tears, heating system didn’t work properly, the location was close to the city Center, but the area of the hotel was scary and unsafe to walk at night.

Best service offered by staffs, spa is lovely, welcoming staff, would like to book again. Staffs organised day trips almost everyday and seen so many places within 7 days of stay.

The cleaning system is awful, whenever you leave your room there is no guarantee that your room will be cleaned. Even when it is cleaned you feel no difference, they don't charge the soap,shampoo. They don't change the towels they don't even change the wet towel on the bathroom floor. And you don't feel the sheets on bed has changed. They don't vacuum the floor, and the carpet of hotel room has many stains. The hair dryer is like a tractor and doesn't work properly. The breakfast time is from 8 to 10 am, and if you choose to go for breakfast at 8:30 you literally miss everything. They don't charge cake, cheese, orange juice, milk. And of course the breakfast itself is nothing compare to the 4 star they said they have. They don't wash breakfast dishes properly and you can see the lipstick mark on cups. They don't clean breakfast tables and charge napkins. There is only one elevator for the whole 9 floors, and staff use the same elevator with the guests. They said there is transfer to taksim Square, but there wasn't any.

Also im gesamten ist es ein Hotel welches zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend ist. Beim Frühstück sollte man aber keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Kein offenes Buffet und eher mangelhaft. Nette Mitarbeiter
