Perapolis Hotel

Отличный отель с удобным расположением. Номера немного изношенные, но для центра Стамбула это не имеет никакого значения.

Perapolis hotel is located very near the blue mosque and Arasta bazaar. The area surrounding the hotel is set up for tourists and has many facilities such as convenience shops restaurants and souvenir shops. Prices are slightly high but you can haggle in the bazaar. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is good but could be varied. The room was clean and comfortable with working AC. The roof terrace has stunning views of the mosque,sea and other landmarks. Overall a positive experience.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to main attractions. Lots of bars restaurants close by. Shame terrace wasn't in use would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside and appreciate the view. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

I booked this hotel because of the numerous comments rating this hotel very favorably. This was completely misleading and I am very surprised at the high ranking this hotel has considering what actually happens on the ground. The place is rundown, unkempt and very basic accommodations. Maximum a 2 star hotel. The breakfast is beyond terrible with stale bread and very few options all served in the basement of the hotel with a vacuum cleaner stored underneath the buffet table. The employees have an attitude to them and won’t do absolutely anything outside of what they think are their responsibilities. Nobody on the premises wears a uniform of any sort contributing to the feeling that you are staying at a cheap hostel instead of at a hotel. I could go on and on for hours. This hotel needs to receive more bad reviews and ********** needs to make sure the true comments are not deleted in order to stop scamming and confusing customers. I had a problem with the taxi when I left the hotel but I am not writing this comment because of the taxi situation but rather because I need to tell the truth about this place before more people fall victim to this very badly run hotel, like I did.

We booked this hotel months in advance for our trip to Istanbul next month and they cancelled the booking at the last minute. We were working to a budget and managed to secure a good rate by booking 10 months in advance, they cancelled at the last minute it isn't easy to find a room at the last minute and all the prices had doubled. If you are looking at a few hotels I would go with another one as these people are very dishonest. We contacted then to try and resolve and they claimed they didn't get our booking correctly and reserved the wrong room and now have no availability, even though websites were showing they had availability. Don't trust booking with these guys as you will be left without somewhere to stay last minute and end up paying double. Be very aware especially if booked with free cancellation or on tight budget. It might be easy to find another room easy if single or a couple but with kids very hard last minute at a good price. They just want more money with last minute booking than what you paid months ago.

I have a reservation for five days I spent only three days in this dirty filthy place very bed dirty food are gross bugs. In the bathroom towels are very dirty services zero if you want to get sick, go stay in this place

Pros Cihan was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay Room was cleaned daily Bed big and comfortable Elevator made it accessible for my pram Good location Cons 1. The baby bed I was promised at the beginning of my stay was damaged by the previous guest. I I informed management and they said they would buy another one, however this did not happen during my stay. This meant my son had to stay with me 2. At times their was an awful Noise from the bathroom. Cihans younger brother informed Mr that I would need to shut off all the plugs by the safety fuse box and turn them back on. This was a headache as it would need resetting twice per day 3. Breakfast was mainly cold. I was looking forward to different types of Turkish breakfast but this was not available. 4. An awful smell would come from the bathroom intermittently . I informed Cihans brother and he again said to reset the fuses by the fusebox.

The location is very nice. Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque are very close. There is a sea view. It is a quiet place. I recommend it to everyone.Breakfast is good.The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Elnur.

It was my first time in that hotel. I appreciate everyone who works there. There is tasty breakfast. Nice, positive staff at the hotel. Gorgeous view of the marble sea and the sultanahmet mosque from the terrace. Everything is near hotel. I'm going to rate 5 starts. Excellent service guys))) Selamaleykum from Uzbekistan.
