1 day trip without room We are traveled 1 day walk it great Istanbul and were breakfast and lunch at this hotel. Nice food, clean hotel, wi-fi in lobby. Friendly staff . Almost center of city. Friendly staff

Wrong photo shown, It is not a 4* hotel maximum 3*
Staff- mostly are rude and unhelpful and poor english esp. Ahmed at reception.
Lift is horrible.
AC would not work
Decor poor, rooms small carpet- tatty
Breakfast reasonable
Location ok but a quite place to have a meal as no good restaurants around.

This was a horrible hotel I wouldn’t even call it a hotel actually staff was so rude front of the hotel was filled with boxes for shipping room was in very poor shape

Not good location if you go for tourism since it’s in the heart of wholesale clothes shops
Small rooms old furniture jot 4 stars it should be 1 star
No any facility is available
