First of all, out of all the employees, only one person speaks English. We paid for the largest room one month in advance. When we arrived, they gave us the smallest room, claiming they had already rented out the largest one. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to move us to the larger room the next day. When we asked for a refund of the price difference, they said we could only pay them extra because we had booked the room at a cheaper rate a month in advance. They said the spa was open until 11 p.m., but when we went, the hotel manager said we could only use it if we paid extra because we had already paid for the room at a discounted rate. He said we could go the next day between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. After all this, he tried to kick us out of the hotel at 8 p.m., shouting in Turkish, which we didn't understand. My recommendation is to AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS. I often come to Turkey, and everyone in Istanbul is hospitable EXCEPT FOR THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL. 0 STAR REVIEW.

Nice establishment, clean hotel. The breakfast service was not open buffet due to the pandemic, but it was no different from the open buffet. Especially there are 24-hour tea and coffee services, and this service is completely free. Thanks to Hotel Manager Veysel Bey for his interest.

Buon albergo e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione Turca (con poca parte dolce ma molto abbondante) .Posizione ottima per visitare le attrazioni come Gran Bazar , Basilica Cisterna e Moschee principali. Fermata linea T1 a 100 m
staff cortese e gentile .In particolar modo GUL sempre attenta alle nostre richieste e sempre disponibile.

Der angemeldete Flughafentransfer hat auf Hin- und Rückfahrt super geklappt.
Lage vom Hotel ist super, zentral und doch für eine Großstadt ruhig gelegen.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel hormis l emplacement près du tram
Chambres horribles en sous sol fenêtre donnant sur un mur vous ne voyez pas le ciel chambre sombre et sommaire, très petite pour 3 personnes, petit déjeuner médiocre
Hôtesse d accueil très gentille et parle le français

On a réservé pour 4 personnes(2 adultes et deux enfants) , on nous parle de 3 lits ! On a fait une demande spéciale pour accéder à 8h du matin (chose permise par l'hôtel) et on était hyper fatigués avec des enfants et on nous a dit non c'est la confirmation de *********** et pas l'hôtel :( on a du annulé avec les valises et les enfants. Mais il faut dire que la jeune femme a la réception état super gentille et Elle a essayé de trouver une solution mais en vain c 'était hors budget !
