Hotel nie odpowiada ofercie zaprezentowanej w internecie ! Klaustrofobiczny, z windą o nieprzyjemnym zapachu uryny, dla 1 osoby z małą walizką - goście hotelowi pojedynczo korzystali z windy pokornie oczekując na swoją kolejkę. Pokój ok. 6m2, urządzony starymi meblami zaciągniętymi farbą olejną, łóżko, szafa i... brak miejsca dla 2 osoby i na walizkę która mieściła sie tylko w pionie, bo jej otwarcie było już niemożliwe. Kiedy byłam w pokoju z walizką, nie było już miejsca dla mojego męża, czekał na korytarzu, potem wchodził mąż, ja czekałam na zewnątrz. Niemożliwe było pozostanie w hotelu nawet na jedną noc, mimo wielogodzinnej podróży. Pracownik recepcji stwierdził, ze zmiana pokoju możliwa jest dopiero następnego dnia, ale to nie rozwiąże problemu, bo wszystkie pokoje w hotelu są takie same! Próbowaliśmy szukać pomocy w trip.com, gdzie rezerwowaliśmy pokój, bo zapewniano nas o dyspozycji konsultantów przez 24/7, niestety, żaden z nich nie odpowiadał. W środku nocy z walizkami opuściliśmy hotel w poszukiwaniu innego noclegu w godnych warunkach, przynajmniej tych sanitarnych. Oczywiście nie muszę mówić, ze mimo odstąpienia od umowy nie mogliśmy liczyć na zwrot pieniędzy (rezetwacja na 9 dni). Inni goście (grupa Serbów), także zrozpaczeni znaleźli się w podobnej sytuacji. Ostrzegam przed tym śmierdzącym i klaustrofobicznym hotelem z nieprofesjonalną obsługą i lekceważącym stosunkiem do gości! Niestety również przed pośrednikiem trip.com, który zamiast wsparcia, bezradnie rozkłada ręce.

Avoid at all costs! It's a very basic hotel, definitively not a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are old dated, small, mattresses very uncomfy and the breakfast was horrible, we couldn't eat it, even the coffee was awful. Only good thing is the location.

Place to avoid! Sleazy and dilapidated. I purchased a flight+hotel package, paying for one double room with a city view and one family room with a limited view. Upon arrival, I found a family room in the basement with no window and a double room on the first floor with a wall of worn-out, non-darkening curtains! I asked to pay for a room, and the hotel manager (because I am a woman!) wouldn’t even address me. He kept repeating that everything was full when Booking showed available rooms!! In less than half an hour, we fled to another establishment. Be cautious because this hotel is listed as 4 stars on EDreams! In reality, it’s at most a 1-star establishment!!

The bathroom was quite small, making it a challenge to move around and even close the door comfortably. The shower was also quite cramped. Additionally, there was a noticeable water leakage issue near the sink at the bottom. Housekeeping was a letdown. Our bedsheets weren't changed daily, and they even had holes in them. The towels provided were far from satisfactory, they appeared yellow and old. I was surprised to find no tea-making facilities in the room, which is typically a standard amenity in most hotels. After raising this concern, they did provide a kettle, but it was in poor condition – broken and unclean. When we plugged it in, it caused an electrical outage in the entire room. We booked a triple room for three adults, but it seemed a third bed was cramped into a two-bedroom. The breakfast offered was disappointingly limited. The only notable variety was in terms of cheese, which became repetitive quickly. Some of the food items seemed stale and unappetizing. The tea dispenser in the breakfast room was also inconveniently small and frequently ran out. This resulted in unnecessary waiting times, and on one occasion, even though the breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30 a.m., we were informed it was over at 10:20 a.m., which was rather frustrating. Basic facilities were lacking, and the overall value for the price paid was questionable. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear noise from the streets and neighbouring rooms, which disrupted my comfort and sleep. Furthermore, one of the receptionists, especially around 10 pm, exhibited unprofessional behaviour and was overly flirtatious. This made for an uncomfortable experience. They really need to train their staff about professionalism.

We had a very badly maintained room, not cleaned.Luckily we always carry wipes since Covid and we had to wipe everything before using our room.Issues are extremely slow to be dealt with and sometimes never.Had to chase them.Been to Istanbul numerous times as well as other countries but never like this.It can’t be a 4 Star hotel, I would give it. -2 to be generous.

I was dissapointed, the photos are nothing like the actual hotel ,rooms are small and dirty we stayed for a week and bedding was not changed once , amenities were poor and breakfast choices were limited. Staff did not speak even basic english or even checked to see how we were. Hospitality was so poor. Beds are shown as double however are two single joined. When telling staff bed was broken staff did not try to fix this, was very uncomfortable as there was 2 single beds.

Hotel room was very poor and not very clean bedsheets had marks on them. Windows did not open correctly only one hinge was working the bathroom shower head did not have a mount. Overall not a great hotel would not go back there again photos are not accurate at all

Was great close to everything but was extremely small 2 suitcases really couldn’t fit with 2 people.

I just check out from this hotel not good at all .. not clean the location not good between trash .. the staff rude they just want extra money .. the smell is bad Everything is bad Not good experience
