Bad experience in this hotel we haven't sleep good due to noises everywhere lobby,besides rooms, elevator and stairs can be heard. No privacy. Rooms so small and dirty. We booked 26.12-30.12 2 rooms but on our first day we wanted to checkout ASAP because of misinformation hotel Put in there web page this is not a 4 stars hotel. 1 star is the right rate for this hotel. Don't be scam by there nice advertisement expectations vs reality is a big difference. Not worth it price for this crap hotel.

Also ich war schon in vielen Hotels aber das ist das schlimmste Hotel in den ich war wirklich eine Zumutung die Fotos die sie in der Seite zeigen und in der Realität sind 2 verschiedene Welten. Die Lage ist ok man kann zu Fuß zum großen pazar und noch win paar andere Sehenswürdigkeit zu Fuß erreichen aber man muss halt Estes’s laufen und eine steile Straße hoch. Man kann die nächtlich besuche von Frauen hören die das Hotel besuchen win Familien Hotel ist es auf jedenfalls nicht.

I booked Skalion hotel through bookings.com and may I add they weren’t helpful whatsoever. We arrived there and the hotel was in a poor location, there were large stains in the corridors and when I got to my room the bins were not changed, the bathroom had mould coming from the tiles, there was a sewage smell, hair all over the floor, bedding stained and chairs with big stains. Needless to say the hotels hygiene was absolutely awful and the staff moved us rooms however the same issue was in every room. We asked for our money back they refused and advised go through bookings, we contacted bookings and they could not do anything and referred us back to them. The hotel was awful. We then in the middle of the night had to find another hotel which was perfect. I was not able to take many pictures as we were very stressed out and had to take our mum that has not eaten who suffers from asthma and diabetes to another hotel.

First of all, everything is perfect. Thanks to the all crew for their interest. Breakfast is delicious then the launch is beatiful. When i come back to istanbul definitely i will choose there again. Thanks again

Loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly they made my birthday memorable by surprising me with a cake and birthday song. The decor throughout the hotel is very pretty. The view is delightful. The location is 15 mins walk away from grand bazaar and blue mosque/ Hagia Sophia. And the street this is on is full of restaurants and shops. If you would like a room with a window don’t pick economy room. But we didn’t spend a lot of time in our hotel room so it was perfect for us. Would recommend you include breakfast their restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious. All the staff speak brilliant English so it was very easy for us to ask for anything. Thank you all for a lovely visit hope to see you again 😊

Skallion Hotel fell short in every aspect of hospitality. From the outset, the receptionist's discourteous demeanor and rudeness set a negative tone. The rooms, far from the spacious retreats depicted online, were uncomfortably cramped, making even basic tasks challenging due to poorly designed shower enclosures. Cleanliness was appalling, with hair clinging to bathroom walls upon arrival. Non-functional amenities, including a faulty telephone and erratic air conditioning, only exacerbated our frustrations. To add to this, the shower in my sisters room was broken. 4 star? More like 0. Avoid at all costs. To add insult to injury, all we can see from our window is rubbish scattered all over the stairs and floor. Dirty windows and dirty bathroom. Despite attempts to communicate with staff, requests were often forgotten or required constant reminders. Staff member Maryam was the only nice and helpful person. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Skallion Hotel to anyone, and I'm actively seeking alternative accommodations.
