The hotel is very nice, and the owner is also very friendly. During the stay, he helped me order meals and taxis, and also gave me a local bus card to use local transportation. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Electric Street and close to galata tower.

酒店位於很小的巷子裏，旁邊是燈具一條街和樂器一條街，步行到加拉達塔6分鐘，到獨立大街7分鐘。房間很大很舒適，工作人員很友好，就是專車接送開不到酒店門口，需要走到大路上才行。

地理位置優越，離galata tower很近，走路去岸邊業很近。
服務人員英語好，溝通無障礙，熱情貼心，退房後落了東西都會收好通知我們
房間價格很便宜也很大，因為新開的稍稍有點味道但是可接受

酒店位於歐洲區加拉達石塔附近，步行僅3分鐘就能到石塔，離大教堂和清真寺景區也不遠，離獨立大街也近，附近吃喝不愁。地理位置極佳。酒店服務人員待人熱情給予好評。床上衹有薄毯，被子放在櫥櫃裏了沒有套被罩，第一天晚上蓋毯子半夜冷醒，就拿被子對付了。床單上一側有一點污漬，床尾的兩個角也是突出來的腳被撞了幾次，還有一次晚上沒注意直接撞出淤青。酒店每天衹提供2瓶礦泉水無法多提供。住在這裏主要是為了逛附近景點，酒店的位置確實極佳。

Really disappointed with this property, we were meant to be staying multi nights but left after the first night to another hotel. They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived, which was not handled well, and we were being asked to move rooms through our stay (bed were uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and walls paper thin so very noisy) . When we informed them the next morning we were not staying, no one seemed particularly bothered that we hadn’t had a good experience. I don’t think customer service is their top priority and fell far short of our expectations.

We spent 6 pleasant nights in the deluxe double room. Very good bed and lighting. Good soundproof windows. The room was spacious enough and everything was clean. Nice and helpful staff. They even arranged the transfer to the airport for our friends who were not guests at the hotel.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast booked with the room and taken at the friendly café next door. The location was very convenient, we could reach most places by foot or with the tram.
