Staff were friendly, and as far as a lay over in between flights goes I suppose it ticks the boxes.

We stayed for one night on our way to DFW. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was a perfect location to leave our car and get a shuttle to DFW.

Nice airport hotel. The free cookies at check-in are nice. Some of the workmanship in the room was shoddy, not what you expect in a Hilton.

Desk staff were friendly. Food was great. Bartender was great. Shuttle driver was great. Room was quiet and comfortable

Waited for the free shuttle for an hour- never came and I ended up in a Taxi.

Couldn't get the shower on. The knob on the faucet was stuck. I had to force it. Took 10 minutes to figure it out. Finally got to shower and the body wash was completely out. Called the desk and they did not care at all. Everyone there was just generally rude.

Very pleasant staff and the room was clean. The bathroom and carpet were showing some serious wear and age.
I had a room with a window that was 5 feet up from the floor. Couldn’t look out of it.

They have a business lounge access well I paid extra for one of those rooms and did not receive it..got a regular room on the 5th floor because it was “not available”. But y’all sure did take my money saying it was available..I travel for a living and this upset me..offered a bottle of water instead of a refund on the right room…I would avoid or go to the marriot next door or the Westin or the Sheraton at least
