The staff were amazing the rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast needs to be a bit upgraded for the price offered. Otherwise all good and amazing staff and location

The room booked from Trip.com was on the 2nd lowest floor and next to the school playground which was extremly noisy. Moreover, the restaurant on the 1st floor had celebration event which was last till 11pm for consecutive 3days. I was trying to ask for room change but was told "fully booked" actually all types of room were available. Location is good, Facilities are new but the service was horrible. It was nightmare choosing Westin Istanbul.

The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey). I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

2024.4.30號離店，來做個最新點評吧！哈哈哈…… Westin（威斯汀）整體不錯，我是看在這個是2022年開業的，才訂的，起碼設施新一點。 再説了，酒店位置也不錯，周邊有不少吃的，樓下有星巴克和其他咖啡廳，對面有個麥當勞，還有一個華美達酒店，前台服務態度也不錯，拍照也很配合。 4.28--30號，一共住了2晚，但酒店衹第一天提供了拖鞋，後面就沒有了，不知道為啥。 ps：房間有提供一支薰衣草小精油，助眠用的，攜帶方便，這個不錯。 總的來説，比較滿意，下次去了還會選Westin。

服務對已經5星級酒店來説真心不及格 前台很冷漠，拎包的因為我沒通過他們訂taxi（因為價格開的賊高），而對我們視而不見 通過攜程訂的，給了二樓房間，就在健身房傍，電梯出來還有一個賣床品的展櫃，很無語…

酒店很新 位置方便 樓下就是公車站和地鐵 臨街非常吵 即便有很厚實的隔音玻璃 房間裝修味道非常大 早餐豐富

Unbelievably terrible. The space, room and service are intolerable. We asked for the service but no response. The room is very noisy and cannot fall asleep. The sink is damaged and the water is smelly. We went to the restaurant but no one is coming to serve. The food is cold and bad.

It was an excellent experience we had,the hotel has a convenient location,great service and very hospitable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially dervish,mustafa and ugur, as well as hakan at reception. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Very nice hotel and clean with spacious rooms, great location at nicantaci. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, at reception and restaurant. Breakfast has great variety of many cosines, Turkish, international and Asian. Best housekeeping lady Nuran 💕

Great staff and service and very clean rooms with ease of check in and check out and very centrally located. Staff were very friendly and when leaving Mustafa and Ugur assisted us as well as helped us make sure payment and all was correct before we departed for the airport.

i will rate my experience 5/5 every thing was excellent the staff in amazing every one in the hotel very professional farahat and hamza also the housekeeping were amazing the locatin is amazing near nisantise and sisli so you can walk every were , absolutely i will stay here again every time
