These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. "I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite."
"The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels."

The food was above average, timely delivery and quality was also decent. One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The staff was polite and branded appliances are installed; though tv cable operator issue may interrupt the services.
ผผู้เข้าพักwhen I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

ผผู้เข้าพักProperty is a franchise property therefore requires major refit in infra. Property is well below ginger standard as far as infrastructure is concerned. Service wise it was at par or better than other ginger properties. Very limited food options at restaurant. Overall ok type stay
