เราตัดสินใจพักที่ The Grand เป็นเวลา 3 คืน เพราะคู่ของฉันกำลังตั้งครรภ์อยู่ บริการตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงเช็คเอาท์ยอดเยี่ยมมาก และโรงแรมก็สวยงามมาก ห้องพักของเรา (ซึ่งเราอัปเกรดเป็นวิวทะเล) ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ มีอ่างอาบน้ำแบบลอยตัว โซฟา โต๊ะกาแฟ และเก้าอี้อาบน้ำสองตัว ห้องน้ำมีฝักบัวกว้างขวางและอ่างล้างหน้าแบบกด ทุกอย่างสะอาดหมดจด ฉันไม่ลังเลที่จะแนะนำที่นี่ให้ใครๆ เลย ปล. ของรกๆ ในรูปเป็นของเราเอง...!

Great location, friendly staff, although my room was small it was well equipped with everything I needed. The room was really cozy, quiet and well ventilated. Location is perfect right in the center of Brighton with shops, bars, restaurants and a short distance to the beach. The train station is quite close as all. Only important thing to mention is that there's a deposit of 100£ which i did not know about and wasn't prepared.

พักที่โรงแรม Old Ship ในไบรตันหนึ่งคืนเพื่อเข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงฉลองงานแต่งงาน ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมและตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก ใกล้กับร้านค้าและบาร์ต่างๆ ตรงข้ามชายหาดด้วย การตกแต่งของโรงแรมดูเก่าไปหน่อยและควรปรับปรุงใหม่ แต่เมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่จ่ายไปก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่า และเราจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกในอนาคต

We were allocated our room at 4pm but highly dissatisfied with room 458 too dark and the bathroom lights did not work, we requested a different room and the staff were very efficient and polite to reallocate us to room 257. However the shower we found was not big enough or able to cope with the shower water which was  spilling round the glass screen and over the side and flooding  the bathroom causing a slip hazard. We had lunch in the bar and waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive reminding the staff twice that we were there, we did revive a complimentary drink. On the whole for the price we paid we feel the standard does not support the price and sadly would not book again.

อยู่ติดชายทะเลใกล้ซากท่าเรือตะวันตก ไม่ไกลเกินไปที่จะเดินเข้าเมืองหรือท่าเรืออีกแห่ง ห้องพักค่อนข้างดี เงียบสงบ และสะดวกสบายพร้อมวิวทะเลที่สวยงาม ห้องน้ำกว้างขวาง แต่แรงดันน้ำในฝักบัวก็อยู่ในระดับเดียวกับโรงแรมทั่วๆ ไปในสหราชอาณาจักร คือไหลอ่อนๆ ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่มีพัดลมให้ ทำให้นอนหลับสบายได้ตลอดคืน อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อยในแง่ของคุณภาพ (ในแง่ของวัตถุดิบและการเสิร์ฟแบบอุ่นๆ) และมีกฎเกณฑ์ที่เข้มงวดในการเลือกอาหารเช้าจานหลักเพียงอย่างเดียว (พร้อมขนมปังปิ้งทำเองและซีเรียลสองสามอย่างให้เลือก) และมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมสำหรับไข่เบเนดิกต์ ฉันโต้แย้งว่าในฐานะคนโสดที่จ่ายเท่ากันกับคู่รัก ฉันควรได้ทานอาหารเช้าจานหลักสองจาน ซึ่งพนักงานเสิร์ฟที่เป็นมิตรก็ยอมรับทันที (ซึ่งฉันประหลาดใจมาก) หากคุณมีทางเลือก ฉันคงไม่จ่ายค่าอาหารเช้าและไปที่อื่น โรงแรมอาจแพงไปสักหน่อย แต่ฉันคิดว่าตอนนั้นเป็นเดือนสิงหาคมและฉันก็ได้ทานวิวทะเล ดังนั้นไม่มีอะไรจะบ่นจริงๆ (โอ้ ลิฟต์ค่อนข้างช้าเมื่อเทียบกับความคุ้มค่า การเลือกชั้นล่างและใช้บันไดจะเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีหากคุณไม่อยากต้องรอลิฟต์นาน)

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC STAY at Safestay Brighton and couldn’t RECOMMEND IT more highly! From the moment I arrived, every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They are exceptionally friendly, PROFESSIONAL, approachable and always happy to help with anything you need. They also have excellent local knowledge and are full of great recommendations for places to eat, things to do and getting around Brighton. The LOCATION is UNBEATABLE. Situated directly opposite the beautiful Royal Pavilion, you’re only a FEW MINS WALK from the BEACH and pier, the Lanes, gardens, countless cafés and restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bike hire, launderettes and the main bus stops. Even the train station is within easy walking distance..making it the PERFECT BASE for exploring Brighton. One thing that really stood out to me was how WELL MAINTAINED the hostel is. As it’s newly opened, everything feels fresh, modern and well looked after (not like some older hostels that can feel tired or musty). The HOUSEKEEPING team are WONDERFUL and always happy to help. Any request I had was dealt with quickly and with a smile, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hostel has a lovely and SAFE SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE too. The chill out lounge is a great place to relax..with 24 hr access for guests and there are FUN ACTIVITIES like karaoke nights, world cup viewings, movie nights, board games and a variety of drinks available, making it EASY TO MEET PEOPLE from all over the world. There was never a shortage of interesting conversations or vibrant characters from every walk of life..which made the experience even more memorabl Check-in and check-out were both smooth and HASSLE-FREE and ACCESS to the building is simple and secure. A huge thank you to the entire SAFESTAY BRIGHTON TEAM for making my stay such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. A special thank you to Charlie, Sara, Brooke, Max, Dee, Maryam and all. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home..not just for me but for every guest I saw you greet :) I truly appreciated the kindness, respect and care shown throughout my stay. I’ve really made some wonderful memories and even some great friendships here. If you’re looking for a well maintained, modern, WELCOMING HOSTEL in the best location in Brighton with an amazing team behind it, Safestay Brighton is the place to stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

The self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
