We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

เมื่อวานฉันเพิ่งเลือกโรงแรมและไม่สามารถเล่นหมากรุกได้ ในที่สุดฉันก็คิดว่านี่เป็นสามวันก่อน เดิมทีฉันตัดสินใจตัดสินใจอย่างเด็ดขาดก่อนที่จะพาลูกไปเพราะเจนีวาใช้เวลาสี่ชั่วโมงนานและฉันกลัวว่าเขาไม่สามารถอยู่บนเครื่องบินได้ [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] j โรงแรมครึ่งแพ็ค, แค่บอกว่าต้องจ่ายเอง ปกติไม่ต้องกินอาหารเช้าและอาหารกลางวันตอนดึก [ชอบ R] ขอบคุณทางโรงแรมที่อัพเกรดห้องของฉันและให้ฉันมีสระว่ายน้ําขนาดเล็กที่มีนิ้วโป้ง โรงแรมนี้มีสระว่ายน้ําใหญ่สองสระ และสระสําหรับเด็ก โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ เขียวขจีดี ดูสะอาดตา มีร้านอาหารสามห้อง บุฟเฟ่ต์ ร้านอาหารสเปน และร้านอาหารฟิวชั่น บุฟเฟ่ต์ไม่ต้องจอง อีกสองคนต้องจองล่วงหน้า แต่ฟรีด้วย สะดวกมากที่จะรูดบัตรห้องพักที่ประตูหลังของโรงแรมสามารถเข้าถึงชายหาดได้โดยตรงโดยรูดบัตรห้องพัก คุณยังสามารถไปที่ชายหาดได้อีกด้วย ล้วนเป็นร้านอาหาร บาร์ และร้านค้า คุณสามารถจินตนาการได้ว่าจะมีชีวิตชีวาแค่ไหนในช่วงฤดูท่องเที่ยว และถนนสายนี้ยาวมาก อย่างน้อย 40 ➕ นาที กินและดื่มได้ตลอดทาง ริมถนนเป็นโรงแรมห้าดาว คุณสามารถเห็นสระว่ายน้ําและร้านอาหารของโรงแรมอื่น ๆ และฉันจะเปลี่ยนโรงแรมต่อไป [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] c อาหารก็ไม่เลว มันคุ้มค่ามากเมื่อเทียบกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์และรสชาติดี ฉันพอใจ [หัวเราะร้องไห้ R] เมื่อเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับจะให้แผนที่ การจราจรค่อนข้างสะดวก [มาเลย R] z โดยรวมถือว่าดีและแนะนํา [okR]

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

ดีมาก! ดีเกินคาด! ออกไปเป็นทะเล และระเบียงห้องหันหน้าออกสู่ทะเล กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวเพิ่มเติมบางส่วนของโรงแรมก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ไปดูปลาวาฬ กิจกรรมเดินป่า ฯลฯ ดีมาก! หวังว่าจะได้กลับมาอีกในอนาคต!

เหมาะมากสําหรับวันหยุดพักผ่อนของพ่อแม่ลูก โรงแรมจัดโปรแกรมมากมายตั้งแต่เช้าจรดค่ํา โรงแรมมีรายละเอียดการออกแบบที่สวยงามมากในทุกที่ สไตล์แอฟริกาที่สมบูรณ์แบบ 9 สระ คุณจะพบสถานที่พักผ่อนที่คุณต้องการนอนเล่น มีเทศกาลช้อปปิ้งและร้านอาหารเล็กๆ มากมายที่ทางเข้าโรงแรม ร้านอาหารรูปที่ 9 เป็นของแท้และอร่อยที่สุด เจ้าของจีนหลังหน้าจอมีความกระตือรือร้นอย่างมากสําหรับเราและให้ไวน์แก้วใหญ่ทุกครั้งที่กิน นั่งแท็กซี่ 7 นาทีจากที่ตั้งกลางของเนินทราย

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

L'hotel è comodo, in centro, a 10 minuti da una zona della spiaggia con tanti ristoranti e negozi. Ha una hall ampia e pulita e una zona sul tetto con ombrelloni, sedie, sdrai. Sul tetto ci sono 2 piccole piscine con acqua tiepida, un bar e l'area per abbronzarsi, docce e bagni. L'offerta di cibo è molto ampia e buona, però è modificata molto con lo stile del posto, quindi, se uno cerca qualcosa di affine alla cucina italiana e/o salutare, deve un po' rinunciare. Voglio dire, il cibo è buono e vario, però tende ad essere molto lavorato e quindi ricco di salse, spezie, olio che ridcue la scelta per chi vuole cose semplici. Le camere sono belle e pulite e per un problema avuto con il vetro della doccia, il tecnico è venuto a sistemarla dopo poche ore. La scelta del bere a piacimento al bar può essere interessante per chi consuma alcolici, che costano più delle bevande analcoliche. Le bevande analcoliche, infatti sono perlopiù succhi e mix con cose da supermercato. Mi spiego meglio, i cocktail sono buoni, ma il succo è fatto con la polverina del te oppure è quello a basso budget. Se uno si aspetta spremute o bevande con dentro frutta, non le troverà. La colazione è molto varia, invece e può soddisfare le necessità anche in modo più salutare del pranzo e della cena. Anche quà, però, i succhi e le bevande calde sono polverine mescolate con acqua. Il caffè è buono ma non è caffé come fatto in Italia...

Ich war für 3 Nächte dort als Alleinreisende. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber alles. Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr schön, Meersicht, mit kleinen Balkon. Das Essen war vielfältig und hat gut geschmeckt, der Speisesaal ist recht gross, aber trotz vieler Leute wurde sehr schnell das alte Geschirr abgeräumt. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir für dieses Hotel! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Und dann noch ein Empfehlung für eine schwedische Massage von Lourdes und ihrer Schwester, die im Hotel angeboten wird. Es war toll!
