"Mi estadía en este hotel ha sido muy placentera. Después de tener una experiencia negativa en un hotel más costoso, más estrellas y en otra playa de Ibiza. El checkin fue rápido. La habitación básica, pero de buen tamaño, cómoda. Con placard grande y apoyo de valijas. Escritorio con silla y un sillón. Balcón con sillas y mesa. Vista lateral al mar. Las sábanas estaban limpias. Toallas correctas Revestimientos y terminaciones algo antiguos y gastados. Pero todo limpio El desayuno buffet se da en un espacio enorme con vista al mar y sector a la piscina. Hay mucha variedad. Los jugos de máquina son realmente malos al igual que el café. Pero hay tés y chocolates. Variedad de panes, tartas y churros. Todo lo salado huevos clásicos y frutas variadas. Tiene muchos lugares para cargar los dispositivos electrónicos. Allí también se sirve la cena. La piscina tiene música en vivo, hay varios bares de tragos. Y el atardecer allí se disfruta hasta tarde. Distintas tipologías de mobiliario exterior, de sillones, etc. El restaurant al mar es muy bueno, Guardan las valijas hasta cualquier hora en una Habitación grande. La avenida del acceso tiene restaurantes y tiendas de regalos y ropa, enfrente un supermercado. Bowling a una cuadra. Se puede caminar por la playa para ir a otros hoteles y restaurantes o por la avenida principal. La Parada de taxis está a 50 metros al igual que la del bus que va al centro de Ibiza. Se puede llegar al mismo caminando inclusive Volvería al hotel. Me pareció genial y economico"

"Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets."

"Mijn verblijf in The Loft House Ibiza was geweldig! Aangezien ik vroeg op de dag aankwam, kon ik nog niet direct inchecken en werd ik verwelkomt met een heerlijke cocktail aan het zwembad, waar ik kon wachten en terwijl mijn bagage veilig werd opgeslagen. Ik trof een prachtig en zeer ruim appartement, met fijn balkon met zijdelings zeezicht én schitterende zonsopkomst! Alles zag er gloednieuw uit, het hotel is net geopend. Heerlijke, ruime, stevige bedden, in een fijne slaapkamer met airconditioning en goed verduisterende gordijnen. Complete keuken en een hele fijne badkamer met zachte handdoeken en voorzien van voldoende zeep, shampoo en conditioner. Ook de woonkamer heeft een heerlijke (slaap)bank en is zeer comfortabel, eveneens voorzien van airconditioning. Het gehele appartement straalt rust uit en is met zorg en stijlvol ingericht. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en kennen je bij naam, wat bijdraagt aan je direct thuisvoelen. De service is hierdoor zeer persoonlijk en iedereen zegt je gedag. Het persoonlijke welkomstbriefje droeg hier zeker aan bij. Ook waren er fruit en flessen water op de kamer. Een bijzondere vermelding verdient Barbara: nog nooit trof ik een receptioniste die zo energiek, vriendelijk, vrolijk, authentiek, behulpzaam en meedenkend is. Werkelijk een zeer grote aanwinst voor het hotel! Dank voor alles, Barbara! De bijbehorende bar Fenomenal serveert een fantastisch ontbijt, waar ik elke ochtend van genoot. Ook krijg je korting op andere items van het menu. De taco's zijn een aanrader! Daarnaast ligt het hotel zeer centraal, midden in het levendige centrum. Zo ligt de hippiemarkt van Punta Arabi op een paar minuten lopen. Tegenover en naast het hotel zijn een aantal etablis*****ten die tot laat 's nachts geopend zijn. Erg handig, maar geen last van gehad qua geluid. Ook heel fijn dat het hotel privé-parkeerplekken heeft, want parkeren in Es Canar zelf is niet makkelijk. Met een zwaar gemoed moest ik deze heerlijke plek verlaten, maar ik kom hier zeker terug! Een mooi nieuw vast adres op Ibiza! Echt een aanrader met een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! ❤️"

"กลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองในปีนี้ คือเดือนพฤษภาคมและตุลาคม ตอนจองห้องพักได้ขอห้องพัก 2 ห้องที่อยู่ใกล้กัน เนื่องจากพาพ่อแม่สูงอายุ 80 กว่าปีมาพักด้วยหลังจากที่เคยพักที่นี่ในเดือนพฤษภาคมและประทับใจมาก ได้โทรแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนเดินทางมาถึงแล้ว และพนักงานแจ้งว่าได้บันทึกคำขอไว้แล้ว แต่พอเช็คอิน พ่อแม่ของฉันกลับได้ห้องอยู่ตึกอีกฝั่งของโรงแรม และพนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่สนใจคำขอของเราเลย ซึ่งน่าผิดหวังมาก ห้องพักของเราอยู่ห่างกันมากที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้แล้ว บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำก็แออัดไปด้วยแขกที่จองเตียงตั้งแต่เช้า ทำให้ไม่มีโอกาสได้นั่งพักผ่อนริมสระในตอนบ่ายหลังจากกลับจากเที่ยวเล่นตอนเช้า มีเตียงพร้อมผ้าเช็ดตัวมากมายแต่ไม่มีใครใช้ อาหารมีให้เลือกหลากหลายและพนักงานจัดเลี้ยงก็ทำงานหนักและเป็นมิตร แต่รู้สึกว่าขาดการบริการลูกค้าจากพนักงานต้อนรับทั้งตอนเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ จะไม่กลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแล้ว เพราะขาดความภักดีต่อลูกค้า"

"Me encantó el hotel, lo volvería a elegir. Pasé mi cumpleaños en este hotel y me dieron un presente que ningún otro hotel había hecho antes, ese detalle me encantó! Las instalaciones están muy bien, no se escucha el ruido externo, te dejan dejar el equipaje y si queres el día del check out te dejan darte una ducha más tarde. Lo recomiendo!"

"“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”"
