Very comfortable and quiet hotel. The room is clean and very comfortable, which makes it easy to relax after a day out. The staff at the reception are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel also provides laundry service, which is very convenient. If you want to go out for food, it is only about 8 CNY by taxi to nearby restaurants. You can also order food delivery, and the hotel uses a robot to deliver the food to your room, which is very interesting and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended. 这是一家非常舒适又安静的酒店。房间干净整洁，也非常舒适，让人可以好好休息。前台工作人员都非常有礼貌、热情而且乐于帮助。 酒店还提供洗衣服务，非常方便。如果想出去吃东西，打车大约只需要8元人民币就可以到附近的餐厅，也可以点外卖，酒店会用机器人把外卖送到房间，非常有趣又方便。 整体来说是一次非常愉快的入住体验，值得推荐。

這次來徐州想選一個度假感強的酒店，實踐證明選對了。 服務:禮賓部禮賓司小鄭的服務從未到酒店時就開始了，貼心的安排高鐵接站，高鐵接送服務很加分。小鄭實時響應，有求必應，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。得知當天是我生日時，前台劉莉不僅給升級了套房，還送了生日蛋糕，特別感動。無論是前台，禮賓還是打掃衞生的阿姨都很有服務意識。 設施:五星級酒店的配套，硬件不錯，大堂和房間都很舒服，健身房很大，泳池是標準池，28度的水温是我最愛的，下水無壓力，深水區獨享泳道。 環境:酒店有個人工湖，溜達一圈很舒服，還養了一些小動物。酒店位置在大龍湖公園邊上，非常安靜，度假感十足。 衞生:很乾凈，沒有什麼可挑剔的，床品也很舒服，智能馬桶很好用。 活動:參加了酒店的睡眠療愈活動，太舒服了，在療愈師舒緩的大自然白噪音的療愈下，竟然睡著了。很有特色的活動，有機會還要體驗其他的。 總之，在綠地鉑瑞酒店度過了一個難忘的生日，下次去徐州還會選擇這裏。。。

It was such a nice hotel! I loved everything: 1. Location is super. Very convenient to reach all the main attractions. Many restaurants, shops, cafes over here. Confucius temple is right next to the door. 2. Breakfast is delicious and even have some local foods (was interesting to try the local meals). 3. Lobby is big and bright. 4. Rooms and hotel itself are very new, with smart assistance inside, very clean and very spacious rooms. 5. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast lady and a man were very helpful and polite, always smiling. 6. Breakfast room is located on the high floor and it’s very clean and have good design. I loved it. 7. Want to take special not of the laundry room. It’s spacious and very cozy, with big windows and many place where you can seat and even tables with chairs. Also being a big plus because not many hotels pay attention to the laundries design. 8. They have coffee machine and capsules for it. Good coffee, I also loved it. And also the tea in the rooms also was very good.

Wehad a fantastic stay at the Xuzhou Marriott Hotel. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for families leisure. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Tim, the concierge manager. He was incredibly helpful, offering great local tips and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. Tim’s warmth and professionalism really made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xuzhou. Thanks again, Tim, for making my stay memorable!

The service at their hotel was truly exceptional. The greeting on the first day, the breakfast, and the morning tea that they provided each morning all contributed to great experience. The hotel itself is new and has perfect amenities, with little private garden for each room. We especially would like to make note about the great service of staff at the lobby, who always assisted us in any questions that we had, and gifted free stuff!! All other stuff also was great. They always listen to you and accommodate accordingly)) Overall, it is definitely hotel that we will comeback to in the future, and will miss the great view from the lobby!

We spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning. Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system. Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.
