The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

This is the best affordable hotel I have stayed in Changsha. The host is very kind and has helped me out a lot. Check in was super swift, he had my room card ready and translation app all ready to go as soon as I arrived. He and his wife often sat down with and gave me lots of really nice tea. He was full of advice for the foreign traveller and was always at hsnd to answer my questions. In fact it has been the warmest hotel experience I have had in Changsha. I liked it so much I decided to stay a few more days and he gave me a great deal. I will stay here again in future when I stay in Changsha.

Pleasant transit hotel recommendation in Changsa.. 1. we came on April 16, 2026 to stay overnight.. 2. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.. 3. Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. Thank you.. best wishes..l

The room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station. Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.
