"窗外風景迷人,床鋪舒適。空調噪音稍大,且臨街房間有些嘈雜。房內未提供瓶裝水和拖鞋。早餐種類一般,但足夠吃飽。服務人員態度親切,讓人感到温暖。整體體驗尚可,未來有機會或許還會再次入住。The view from the window is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, and there’s some street noise. No bottled water or slippers were provided in the room. The breakfast is average but filling. The staff are friendly and make the stay pleasant. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I might consider staying again in the future."
"A l'entrée de Kingston en sortent de l'autoroute. Grande chambre reposante. Piscine intérieure et jacuzzi. Grand parking payant mais abordable. Charmante hotesse a l'accueil parlznt français. On est resté 2 nuits mais la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le deuxième jour."
"I enjoyed the pool for a quick swim. It has long hours.. I had a quiet night with my best sleep in weeks. The hotel pillows are very comfortable and I fell asleep before I had time to judge the mattress. Turns out it is really comfy too! The staff were very friendly even in the middle of the night. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay."
"The hotel location was good and near the dock for the 1000 island cruise, and depending on the rooms you either face the lake or the downtown. Stayed facing the downtown, not much noise was noted from the streets at night. Many eateries located near the hotel, opposite the hotel was the tourist center which you can book the trolley tours, 1000 island cruise, etc. Breakfast can be collected close to the hotel lobby. It is a bento style box and taste is decent even though the options do not change except for the flavour of the muffin."
ผผู้เข้าพักVery conveniently located right downtown and right on the lake. Suite was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay as a ”home away from home”.
OOsatohanmwenCandlewood suites was such a pristine place to stay, from the location to the ambience of the hotel. It was so clean and all amenities working perfectly. Their staff were professional and nice 😊😊. I'd definitely retun
BBernardAzhar was outstanding as reception. He is ready with a warm smile whenever anyone passes the lobby. He provided excellent recommendations on places in Kingston to dine, sightsee and get grocers. He even patiently plotted the locations on a map. Azhar is knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. Recommend staying if looking for a mid stop near to Highway between Toronto and Montreal
LLaiValue for money with good breakfast and amenities like gym, coin laundry and swimming pool, free parking. There are rooms for improvement on cleanliness though as stains were found on sink and floor. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will return if we ever visit Kingston again in the future.
AAlicia York-BirdThis is a bog-standard, average, meh kind of hotel. It's been renovated in the last few years, but already the cracks are beginning to show.
The rooms are small but clean, and the sheets were clean and white; no shade to the likely heavily overworked cleaning staff!
However, there was obviously a very tight budget, and some of the ”little touches” that make an average hotel into a great one are missing, such as shower curtain rods that are pulling out of the wall (photo#3), areas where water damage hasn't been addressed, and rusty metal in areas.
The free breakfast is fairly basic, but the area was clean and other than the breakfast attendant not clearing off tables efficiently (probably also overworked), it was ok enough. Second day we just went out for breakfast.
The fitness centre was miniscule in comparison to the pool, with three machines and some medicine balls, plus one gym mat (by the way the pool is not listed as a hotel amenity, please fix this in trip.com!) But it was clean, and while there was some water damage in the ceiling (see photo #1), the room seemed fine otherwise. Lots of rust on the ceiling girders in the pool area (photo#2).
Overall, if you can afford better than here, I'd recommend going elsewhere. But if you're on a tight budget, and you don't mind the ”motel” vibe, it's good enough.
Will not be booking here again.
